 Shattered Storm is a Warframe Augment Mod for  Gara's  Shattered Lash that, upon shattering  Mass Vitrify, inflicts  Splinter Storm to impacted enemies equal to a percentage of modded Ability Strength.

This augment causes the explosion from Mass Vitrify to apply the effects of Splinter Storm to all enemies hit as if they had been targeted by Splinter Storm, albeit with modified Power Strength.
The enemy-target version of Splinter Storm creates an aura that deals damage per second within a radius, as well as causing the target enemy to be more vulnerable to damage.
The damage over time does not accumulate damage as with allied-targets, nor does it benefit from any accumulated damage prior to casting.
The damage vulnerability applied by Splinter Shield does not benefit the instigating damage from Mass Vitrify, but will benefit subsequent casts of Mass Vitrify.
Mending Splinters will count enemies affected by this augment.
