Syncing it to videos is good and fun, but in terms of realness, it's mostly the vibrations that will feel real. I haven't paired it to other toys so I can't comment for that part.

If you want it to feel like sex, your best bet will be an automatic stroker that doubles as a sex machine.

If you want something more special with contractions, and many more interactivity options (syncing, games, online and more), the Max 2 is the clear winner - especially in terms of interactivity. The contractions feel good but are not as obvious as the strong vibrations.

The Max 2 is great if you can have enough privacy. It's the loudest toy I own, but it really feels awesome if you can ignore the noise.

I had the Max 2 while it worked great it was my first lovesense so syncing to movies was awesome. It is louder than a lawn mower, I moved on to the Gush can hands free cum.

The Max 2 feels pretty good, certainly works for me. I've never done syncing with someone else but I have used third party software to sync with videos/scripts. Their regular software is ok for patterns and controls. For syncing with a partner I'd expect everything should work fine if her toys are also lovense and you both use their software. The toy has a contraction setting which is ok but I generally don't use it. You can give yourself a suction effect by putting your finger over a hole in the bottom.

If you get it through their shop consider getting the extra sleeve and the usb connection dongle. You'll want water based lube to go with it although I don't know about the lovense branded lube. Cleaning it isn't too much of a challenge. Out of the box it doesn't really lend itself to hands free but it can work if you get creative with some rope.

You may want to read my review of the Max 2 as well for some information. Basically - it is a very good toy for the price. You will not find another VR-compatible masturbator in this price range. I think Kiiroo just came out with the PowerBlow, but I have not tried it yet and it is sold out constantly.

The Max 2 does have its issues too though - it is quite loud and bulky. Looks a bit cheap in all honesty. Plus, men on the bigger side sometimes find it a bit too tight. That said, it does feel quite nice. It offers a sort of pulsating stimulation that feels pretty unique.

Overall - definitely worth a try if the noise is not an issue and you are not packing a Mandingo level dick down there.
