What do you mean? This is exactly how Octavia usually functions
This bug has been around since I joined warframe 5 years ago. DE has never been able to fix it. Good thing it's a rather rare one and only affects maybe 1 in every 100 missions

Die and respawn "fixes" it.
One way that can break the bug is to either to emot or go oporator.
