- Kullervo expends
25 Energy to focus his vengeful wrath onto an enemy target on the reticle within a distance of
20 / 22 / 23 / 25 meters. Once cast, he swaps his current weapon to his equipped melee weapon and charges a Heavy Attack, becoming Invulnerable during its Wind Up time, then teleports to the target and strikes them simultaneously. The teleport heavy attack and subsequent melee attacks gain a
+50% / +100% / +150% / +200% final Critical Chance bonus lasting for
7 / 8 / 9 / 10 seconds. After teleporting, Kullervo also refreshes his Maneuvers limited usage if previously performed already, such as Aim Glide, Double Jump, and Bullet Jump.
- Has a 1 second cooldown after use.
- Melee critical chance bonus begins countdown immediately on cast, before the heavy attack wind up.
- The final critical chance applied to melee weapons is a flat value applied after mods (e.g. a melee weapon with 25% critical chance becomes 225% when a rank 3 Wrathful Advance is active).
- If Kullervo does not have a melee weapon equipped, he will simply teleport to the target.
- If the target dies before Kullervo finishes his heavy attack wind up, the teleport is aborted and he remains at his current position.
- Invulnerability does not cleanse Status Effects.
- Hold down the ability button (default 1 ) to center a teleport marker toward the location on the aiming reticle, then release the button to cast Wrathful Advance and teleport Kullervo for the modded distance. After hold-cast, melee critical chance buff becomes active for the modded duration and refreshes his maneuvers.
- Hold down and release the button while the teleport marker is on an enemy to lock onto the target and perform a heavy attack teleport.
- The teleport marker snaps to the nearest enemy on the reticle and plays a distinct sound to indicate its lock-on.
- Teleport marker reaches up to the ability's modded distance and can be placed in any direction including toward the skybox to teleport Kullervo upward.
- Kullervo does not become briefly invulnerable if teleporting by hold-cast.
- Hold down and release the button while the teleport marker is on an enemy to lock onto the target and perform a heavy attack teleport.
- Ability Synergy:
- Kullervo's Passive increases Heavy Attack Efficiency by 75% and Heavy Attack Wind Up speed by 100% to amplify Wrathful Advance's heavy attack.
Recompense,
Collective Curse, and
Storm of Ukko increase the Melee Combo Counter to amplify Wrathful Advance's heavy attack.- Wrathful Advance's heavy attack damage spreads through enemies under Collective Curse when striking a cursed target.
- When
Wrath of Ukko is equipped, Wrathful Advance will reposition an active Storm of Ukko to the teleport location while also adding extra duration to the ability.
- Can be recast to refresh active melee critical chance buff duration to full.
- Wrathful Advance's melee critical bonus is dispelled by Kullervo entering an ability nullification zone or by falling out of bounds.
- Kullervo can only teleport up to the border of a Nullifier Crewman's bubble. Hold-cast teleport marker is also obstructed by the bubble.
- While active, whenever Kullervo performs a melee heavy attack on most melee weapon types, an aggressive growl can be heard on each swing.
- Subsuming Kullervo to the Helminth will offer Wrathful Advance and its augments to be used by other Warframes.
- However, Subsumed Wrathful Advance's range is reduced to
10 / 11 / 11.5 / 12.5 meters and melee critical chance bonus reduced to
25% / 50% / 75% / 100%
- (only the targeting, the hold to teleport range is unchanged)
- The bonus critical chance also applies to Exalted Weapons and pseudo-exalted abilities such as
Landslide,
Slash Dash,
Shattered Lash and
Whipclaw.
- However, Subsumed Wrathful Advance's range is reduced to

Anyone know if heavy wind up or cast speed work?
I'd assume that cast would work on the tp to location, but what about the heavy tp?
Shroud of Dinar sets the critical chance to 100 after the mods AND Wrathful Advance add a 100%(multiplied by ability power) flat critical chance after the mods as well.
So, I'm wondering if Shroud of Dinar applies before or after Wrathful Advance ?
Wrathful advance over 100% will just cancel shroud of dynars set crit chance, whenever a weapon is over 100% crit (just from default modding, combo stacks or any crit buff) it will defer to the higher %, basically shroud just sets a minimum crit % rather than buffing by 100%, same for its 100% status buff, its crit damage buff however IS additive flat crit damage
Idk if anyone's mentioned, or if anyone was curious, but this ability DOES activate incarnon weapons on use if you meet the combo count requirement

This game has inconsistencies. Even if it seems obvious, sometimes it's important to test these things and share the info.
Does this affect enemies through Limbo's rift plane?
I'd assume not, as Wrathful Advance itself isn't doing the damage, it's merely buffing the heavy melee attack.

If i put this on degath would that be OP? like put some duration and strength mods on er so that the ability lasts a while activate that CD buff she has and go to town on any enemy nearby
If considering putting this on atlas due to "rumbled" atlas augment it's the dumbest thing I've done. Landslide has 5% crit chance and when used with rumbled augment he just teleports with no attack.
I wonder if this works with Tennokai

I asked myself the same question and went ahead to test it.
Tennokai does not prevent combo consumption when you use Wrathful Advance to perform the heavy attack.
I tested this with Kullervo at 12x combo in the simulacrum and the default Tennokai mod Mentor's Legacy equipped. The combo went down to 9x every time.

That's totally incorrect there's no cap if you can boost your strenght over 300% (you can).
Is it possible that it synergizes with Tennokai, considering that you automatically perform Heavy Attack? Like, will it trigger the Tennokai ability or not?
They finally gave us a super fun helminth ability. Now everyone can teleport, and the flat crit bonus is just insane.
When subsumed i still can teleport 25m instead of the 12.5m without mods installed
This can no longer be used to target enemies behind glass. Also can no longer be used to teleport past laser barriers.

It’s more that you can tinker around with crit based interactions s “I just get damage.” none of those gave you 300-1000% flat crit chance to melee weapon tagged attacks with the added benefit of an on command 35m range blink teleport to any direction/enemy you look at.
Add archon shards, add tenno Kai, add some stupidly niche melee weapons passive gimmick and holy fuck melee exaulted/stat stickers be flying. There’s a lot of interesting things you can do with Wrathful Advance tbh. Like ya know. Red crit landslide.
Hitting 72 million damage on a gram prime by just pushing one button without armor strip, primer, or Vex Armor/faction damage feels real nice ngl

It doesn't. If you want to roleplay as Corvo from Dishonored, this is it. 30 mtr distance backstabs. Have fun.
Can this activate Archon mods if the weapon has the element on it?
I'm willing to bet no. The only thing that the ability does is teleport you and buff. the actual damage is just a regular heavy attack.
I went to the trouble of going to Khal and doing a mission for the 5 creds I needed to buy Archon intensify, to test, it in fact does not work on healing return or life strike, fuck this stupid game.
That's because you don't heal WITH the ability, but with the hit from the weapon... It's pretty obvious... Lmao
Has anyone tested this with Voruna's 1? Pair it with her 100% heavy efficienty passive and BOOM
It works great with voruna but its really janky on if the crit chance buff applies or needs you to recast 1 for it to work.
Her 1 snapshots crit chance, either the 100% from her 1 or the +xyz from wrathful advance. when wrathful advance is active it works, even when it runs out and 1 is still active you have the +xyz crit chance from wrathful advance
I have successfully used this ability to recreate the Ivara "Doomdisk" technique by using navigator and then using this for launching a heavy attack with zenistar. Still needs some tweaks for efficiency, but its fun to have that gimmick build work again on steel path level.
