Naramon Focus - Power Spike
Basically without using a Riven or [Maiming Strike], this is probably the most effective build you'll find for the [Atterax].
It relies on [Blood Rush] to top it's critical chance with Combo multiplier. Naramon's Power Spike is used to keep the crit chance up (by keeping the combo multiplier up)
Rivens can be added depending on the stats on the Riv, just remove the corresponding mod the riv is able to match.
And
You can switch out other mods if prefered / required
[Fury] > Berserker
[Pressure Point] > [Sacrificial Pressure] Etc.
