Magus POO
Its description is currently spelt wrong lol. "While an Operator, restore x Health/s to Warframe"
lol
This barely does anything, even at level 5. What a horrible waste of time.
Yes
Compared to other options, Nourish is advantageous for healing Frames while in operator mode in scenarios where:
-You arent spamming transfering back into your frame
-You arent using void mode regularly and/or staying within 30meter of your frame regularly
And in this Nourish has application with certain channeling frames like Nekros or Umbra Excal, particularly in landscapes where you can use the Necramech.
So never
Seems to be broken, my Warframes stay at the exact same health when I go into operator and go back in later
Im having the same problem =/
Is this "Magus Nourish" or 'Magus Replenish" did it change? NVM.. found it
Can someone confirm if this works while you are in a necramech?
Yes, it appears to do so.
However there is a bug where Nourish doesnt trigger if transferring directly from your frame to the mech. You must first go into operator mode, then transfer to the Necramech. I believe this is a similar bug to where Umbra's AI wouldnt function when transfering directly to a Necramech
As it is obvious by the long silence in the comments section, no one cares about this arcane anymore; and rightly so. Magus Elevate and Magus Repair are both way superior to this one and make it completely obsolete. I have a suggestion, DE, if you are reading this somehow. Give Magus Nourish, a Magus Repair effect with a caviat and an advantage: When you go into opeartor mode you send out a percentile-based healing pulse per second that not only heals you, but it heals other warframes 'and' companions/defense objectives/lures etc (basically anything friendly). However, to keep it from becoming overpowered we keep that healing percentage to a very low number. For example only 5% at rank 3. If you think about it, this change will help diversify some well-established builds and metas. You don't have to necessarily bring a Vazarin to every defense mission. And your squad will benefit if more people are using this arcane. This also helps shake things up a bit in Eidolon hunts as well. You can coordinate with your team and do a poor-man's Trinity with this but keep your desired warframe; or you can choose to bring a Trin and follow the meta. In other words, this provides more options and more diverse squads. I hope DE at least consider this ... knowing full well that it's highly unlikely ^^
I like it. Could use more Umbra frames though. and possibly an arcane to let Umbra Excalibur use its ulti.
So just Magus Repair but a lower number, not needing to be in Void Form?
yea, it was powercrept to death by magus repair
Good for lazy / afk nekros despoil builds
Repair is better in every way.
Elevate is better for any frame under 1k HP.
This reasoning could work but then you remember the pathetic value of the Nourish heal. Spamming transference and moving forward with Elevate is guranteed to keep you alive and up to full HP in no time
Except you will be changing direction and not moving forward with laggy hosts.
Nope
ELEVATE and REPAIR = MUCH BETTER
well... good for excal umbra ??
Repair does not work on Umbra, since the game considers him an NPC when using transference.
Yeah but repair is heal on void mode, yes heals more but those are seconds inv doing nothing.
Repair works on umbra
Whatever you enjoy.
Don't know why anyone would use them when they could use Elevate and spam 5 a few times.
Not going to bother with it at that Polymer cost, but might have a niche on a Despoil Nekros.
Actually, there might be another one: Not tested, but this should prevent the forced reentering into the Warframe when it's at 2 HP and being damaged.
Because both the concepts of "fun & playstyle" exist.
I just built a R3 Elevate and was considering building this next.
But 87,000 polymer bundles? Yeah, no chance in hell. That's 1,740 energy pizzas, and I need those a lot more.
Yeah I agree with the other guy, you can easitly get over 10k Poly in a 20 minute survival without boosters... what's your problem?? I'd be far less happy spending all that Nyth.... I am thinking (correct me if i'm wrong!) that the OP probably buys everything with Platinum cos farming all that Nyth is no fun... way harder than the Poly bundle...
I kind of agree w OP here, even before the recent mining rework. Sure, its not like farming 15k mutagen samples solo, but its something I regularly use, while nyths aren't. So to give up 87k polymer, I'm either going to have to farm for that entire amount or have 200k+. Now w the rework you can get 30 nyths in probably 3 cetus runs if you have the timing down., but polymer is the same. Of course it seems like for every rank 10 arcane, there is a significant resource cost and its really overall not to bad w nekros survival.
WF is not your JOB. It's a GAME and should be fun, so take your time farming when you feel like it. No need to have all stuff in 2 weeks of your gameplay...
I don't see the problem with the polymers, but if you've already got elevate, the vigor's best in combination. that along with the health boost from the operator path has my operator at 1050 health. healing for 200 per dash. You can main as operator now.
Whoops, mixing names and tabs. But you shouldn't go for both since they're reduntant with eachother. One makes the other less effective, unlike the above combo.
this not working on ps4 for me, just heals one tiny tick and then nothing
It heals while you are playing as the Operator
Now with Excal Umbra's Passive, this seems viable now?
Literally was just thinking the exact same thing
It's pretty much amazing. He just straight up doesn't die now. I've used him in Sorties with this. Definitely glad I chose this over Elevate before Umbra was released.
shhh, keep it a secret ;)
... huh. I should've considered that
Is it me, or does this arcane apply itself to the operator instead of the frame? I just used the 1st rank arcane, and my frame didn’t heal. My operator, however, did.
Arcane Useless, theres a much better arcane known as Magus Elevate, its much faster and you can have 2 on at once, so yeah, whats the point of this again? Polymer Sink.
8.7k polymer for just one of this?! thats to much
Yeah.. They should reduce the cost on this thing... If Magus Elevate got the Oxium requirement down to 10% of what it used to cost... I dont see why this shouldn't go down either.. Like.. 1/4 the current need be okay...
Yea, or just have it pre built- oh wait
This would be much better if it was based on a percentage.
This arcane really needs a buff. This is pretty much a joke...
If it was 80-100 hp/sec then it would maybe be worth using.
More like it should be 2.5% HP at max rank per second.
Even it's like that, it is still a mediacore arcane.
Wouldn't 2.5% per second be something like 18.5/sec for most Warframes? It would actually be worse than it currently is unless you're playing Valkyr or Inaros or something.
or 20% of missing health to promote situational shifting between them. Would also like one that increase operator damage based on warframe's missing health at time of transfer in that case.
Didn't test it, but since your warframe takes 10% damage while using its channeled abilities, as long as it's not ridiculously scaled enemies, it sounds like this could help keep your warframe alive while in operator mode.
