Warframe Slide Attack Macro 2019
Today I was asked how I was doing 97% of the damage in an Endo farm on Vodyanoi by a guy with Atterax and Maiming strike. The answer is a Cyath Zaw ( Cyath, Shtung, and Ekwana II Jai thanks to https://www.cephalonwannab.com/ by u/i_wanna_b_the_guy ) with Maiming strike and also my Slide Attack Macro. I promised him that I'd share it here for everyone to use.
I read a lot online trying to find a good macro and in the end was forced to create it by myself. It's pretty simple.
You download Autohotkey
Then download my Slide Attack Macro shared from my google drive.
This is what the macro contains. You can remap the keys as you see fit.
SendMode Input _auto := true e:: ^e F1::Suspend, Toggle
When you want to use it just double click my macro.
Currently it's bound to the letter E so pressing E will result in a CTRL+E=slide attack. Pressing F1 will disable the macro so you can type normally in chat (with macro active you can't type the letter E) and pressing CTRL+E again will enable it again.
This macro does not automate anything but just helps reduce wrist tension by removing the need to hold CTRL so I don't think it's against DE's TOS and you should be able to use it without fear of bans. There has never been an official statement on the topic though. Use at your own risk.

Do as you please, but man, there's few things as boring as seeing a macro user in your team just spinning around like a beyblade through the level.
can't wait for melee 3.0 and combo changes

How do I r mov this macro?
how can i use this on button 2 on my controller? help me with the code
thanks
Macros are usually a frowned upon by DE, be careful.
I was under the impression that anything not on a 1:1 ratio is bannable?
This gives an unfair advantage to anyone using it as you literally don't have to press/hold an entire button to pull a combo.
I wont be using this myself , and i'd advise anyone else considering it to be extremely careful.
Thanks for sharing though OP.
