Eternal Logistics can be purchased from Cavalero for 
8,500, requiring Rank 4 - Seraph with The Holdfasts. It can also be dropped by Thrax Centurion, Thrax Legatus, and Void Angels on the Zariman Ten Zero.

Farming Tips[]
- The Zariman Arcane drop is considered as a mod drop, and is thus affected by The Steel Path and Mod Drop Chance Booster.
Notes[]
- Ammo Efficiency bonus is additive to
Void Fuel. - Stacks with
Astral Bond, allowing the amp to reach 100% ammo efficiency for infinite ammo while both buffs are active.

The note seems incongruent
Void fuel "Weapon Efficiency refers to Ammo Efficiency where there is a 40% chance at max rank for any shot to not consume ammo/Amp energy."
.. Ammo Efficiency seems to say that
ex: every 4th propa will consume amp energy consistently
Energized Munitions (fandom.com) under info seems to elaborate
so how can 'fractioning bullets' be additive to chance not to consume a bullet?
Would it be more accurate to say they work in tandem?
Interestingly the icon seems to be displaying the entrati time clocks lower portal segment and the stands
Can this grant 100% amp ammo efficiency when coupled with Void Fuel?
How will that go with [5] Exard Scaffold (burst grenade that keeps firing until depleted)
Probably like how normal burst-till-empty guns work with ammo efficiency, it bursts the amount that wouldve drained a fully loaded magazine without a.e.
Just tested this, Exard Scaffold will fire nonstop until Void Fuel or Eternal Logistic buff runs out.
Exard doesn't do any damage though
