- ARCANE STAT CHANGES PER RANK
We’ve adjusted the values of older Arcanes with the goal of making lower rank Arcanes more viable, and more desirable while collecting as a result. In short, there are three stats that each Arcane tends to have (speaking generally) -- for example, a percentage chance, a stat buff, and the duration of the buff.
Certain Arcanes increase all of these stats per rank (making them scale exponentially), but we are changing it so that only one stat is affected by rank (making it scale linearly). The other stats will now be at the max-rank value regardless of the Arcane Rank, thereby buffing lower-rank Arcanes as a result.

This on Glaive is too op, it multiply the DMG same as Mirage Eclipse or Ivara Navigator.
I truly cannot believe that even after they reworked it, it still does not;
1) Refresh the duration on subsequent wall latches.
2) Work on melee weapons.
I mean Christ, if they don't want it to work on melee weapons they could at least change the description to say as much.
An idea for a new arcane to devs who thought about this arcane:
"Crouch three times and spit over your shoulder to have 17.13% chance to gain 71% archmelee damage for 3.5 seconds."

Here's the thing: Most people have established builds consisting of two specific arcanes that play specific roles on their warframe, so if they'd wish to even consider this arcane it'll be a nuisance to factor it in, test it, retest it with different variation builds, on different warframes, until they finally conclude how well the arcane would perform. On top of it altering their entire playstyle.
Players are less likely to wanna approach this arcane if they already have a build that performs well in all content of the game. Hence the reason no-one hardly uses it. I think it needs a rework altogether, and if I were to propose that rework, the reformation would go as follows:
Arcane Arachne is an Arcane Enhancement that increases the player's weapon damage for 15 seconds whenever they perform a slide, but cannot retrigger on any subsequent slides until after the 15 sec duration expires.
Now with this rework, players aren't forced to alter their entire playstyle to enjoy the benefits of this arcane, and would be more likely to factor it into gameplay.

Nah it doesn't need to be on slide...you can already keep this up near 100%. It is just like proton pulse, but I am not sure it is worth the arcane slot.
Rise is the same buff and you don't have to do anything for it. This arcane needs to be multiplicative.

Actually, after seven sins of kullervo, you can obtain the newly introduced arcane's, and some of the older ones like arcane arachne in side objective undercroft portals!
It's a fine arcane, not a bad choice for weapon platforms. Assuming that you're not in dire need of arcanes like arcane energize and/or molt augmented of course.
It's not bad, but I wouldn't give it a fine rating.
I miss the times when you could stack it endlessly, but its still solid esp for scaling abilities, very good on Vauban
Use this Arcane as a replacement to Serration now that we have the new mods and arcanes. At max rank, it is equal to a rank 9 Serration and a 6-7 Hornet Strike, You don't have to maintain it but it is good to kick start the new Primary and Secondary weapon arcanes. (or as a backup if they expire)

A positive and secret fact is that the arcanum if it works with the arcanum "exodia contagion" in the Zaw's, the damage is doubled. :)
Did you even read the article? Like it literally states that it stacks "multiplicatively" with Exodia Contagion. I swear, some of you players are slow.

Real fucking scummy that wall latch is disabled when you have an arch-gun out but ONLY when you have this arcane equipped.
If you transference out and in after equipping your archgun, you can wall latch.

I could see this being kind of fun in theory with lokis passive letting him wall latch for a super long time but in practice it'd probably be overkill most of the time and underkill everything else.
The arcane doesn't synergize with a long wall latch. After it triggers you are free to leave the wall and use the damage buff - then to retrigger it you have to initiate a new wall latch after the buff expires.
This one is pretty good right now, you just tap aim and get the buff for half a minute.
Did they revert that you need to wait for the whole latch duration?
Does this arcane work like Rhino buff that gives damage to all sources? including warframe abilities like saryn spore/volt discharge?

Oh it should be completely reworked, +100% damage is not worth using, especially now with the last batch of arcanes.
