Higasa Serration is a Weapon Augment Mod variant of
Serration for the 
Higasa that causes the Alternate Fire to apply a random Status Effect on enemies hit while adding Base Damage.

Acquisition[]
Higasa Serration can be purchased from Koumei's Shrine on Cetus, Earth for 150 
Fate Pearl. The mod will only appear in the shop if the player has access to The Steel Path.

Does it add base damage to both modes or just to the alt fire? They really should have been clearer about that, it's kinda of an important detail.
It's for both modes.
1 whole random status proc.
If DE says it's to make it SP worthy, have it do a full stack of blast. Or roll 5-30 different status procs. or AoE Status area.
No move speed :c
