The Dethcube is an offensive Sentinel pre-equipped with 
Deth Machine Rifle as its default weapon, able to sustain a high damage per second on enemies at long ranges. The Dethcube's secondary attack, 
Vaporize, periodically fires a beam that deals massive damage. With Energy Generator, the Dethcube can spawn Energy Orbs while assisting in kills.

Swift Deth no longer drops as of Update 24.0 (2018-11-08). It was replaced with the non-exclusive Assault Mode precept mod.
- Swift Deth cannot be simultaneously equipped with Assault Mode.
Tips
- Adding zoom to the Deth Machine Rifle such as Eagle Eye will increase the lock-on range for the Dethcube, while Speed Trigger will increase the fire rate. Regen will increase overall survivability of the sentinel in combat.
Trivia
- Observant viewers in the beginning of Livestream 17 video can see the cameo appearance of the Dethcube used as a hologram display monitor for Alad V on his Zanuka Project when he mentions the bidding cost for the live
Mag Warframe.
- It was used as the placeholder for the video being replaced by the Locust Drone.
- The Carabus skin for the Dethcube gives it the appearance of the Sentinel used by The Grustrag Three.
- Dethcube and Shade were available as promotional items within the virtual world of PlayStation Home, following the users Avatar as they move.

This is the ideal sentinel body. You may not like it, but this is what peak performance looks like.
Facts
Don't underestimate this buddy. Its Vaporize precept can stunlock Liches and Sisters and can actually melt level 100 Grineer enemies when its weapon is modded for damage. With Energy Generator, Synth Fiber, and Synth Deconstruct, you'll have a constant stream of energy and health orbs. Even better, combined with a heat-modded Verglas and Fired Up, your Dethcube will be killing enemies and breaking Nullifier fields while feeding you orbs.
It's a fine choice of companion even in late game content. It will still run into survivability issues in very long endurance runs (level 1000+ enemies), but Protea's Dispenser augment and the Parazon mod Hard Reset can offset that weakness.

To older players, don't bat your eye at deathcube when Energy Generator exists, it has a use.... we're all just waiting for a prime/wraith/prisma/vandal version of it

If you're going to get the dethcube do it for mr not the actual sentinel. Only thing you should keep is the weapon.
You really are the brightest bulb in the bunch. This sentinel is very good if you use a Warframe to do most of the killing and do not need to rely on your weapons. The energy Generator can be very good since it will auto-attack anyone meaning it constantly gets assists. But whatever
few word of advice: DON'T WASTE YOUR 100k CREDIT ON TRASH , u only have 8 slot of sentinel (2 already use by your BFF TAXON) so be WISELY
waste your credits on trash actually, then sell it after farming MR with it.
and taxon is equally trash, you want shields? get a Raksa Kubrow or gtfo
So this companion needs a buff or a Prime/Vandal/Wrath version.
I would like to max all my companions but I wouldn't like to use 8 formas and the next month we get the upgraded version.

How come the sentinel called "Dethcube" be the worst of the bunch? It's weapon is called "Deth Machine"! That's awesome! Why does it suck so badly?! Dethcube needs some love. He needs are rework and maybe a Simaris mod. Make Dethcube as awesome as it sounds.
