Wyrm is an offensive Sentinel pre-equipped with 
Laser Rifle as its default weapon. It is effective at crowd control with its 
Crowd Dispersion to stun enemies and safeguarding its user with Negate to periodically prevent Status Effects.

Warrior no longer drops as of Update 24.0 (2018-11-08). It was replaced with the non-exclusive Assault Mode precept mod.
- Warrior cannot be simultaneously equipped with Assault Mode.
Trivia
- A "Wyrm" is a mythological dragon from European folklore with leathery, bat-like wings, and a long, muscular tail. The sentinel bears a similar resemblance.
- With the introduction of Wyrm Prime in Update 13.7 (2014-06-11), Wyrm became the first companion with a Prime version.

Trivia is no longer accurate as of Update 34. Wyrm Prime. Dethcube Prime, and Carrier Prime can now all reach 525 armor with a max rank Metal Fiber instead of 315

Prime is far more durable.
It's abilities are also really good. The mass knockback is great for frames that don't melee well, and negate keeps you healthier for longer.
Dispite being an "offensive" sentinel, I find it's great for supporting.

The notes on this Sentinel's default weapon's mod choices belong in the Laser Rifle article, not here.
If only if the clip size was not so tiny, I mean if something is going to have a tiny clip size it should either have good critical chance or more damage in the puncture and impact category.
Hell 7 rounds in a magazine for this sentinel is not a sin because I test fired the laser rifle and its accuracy along with other sentinel weapons are bad outside of Close quarters combat.

Life's criteria is the capacity for growth, functional activity, reproduction, and continual change before death. Now, while the Sentinels may have capacity for growth and functional activity, and while they may be sentient, they lack continual change and reproductive abilities, as far as we know. Reproductive abilities is also something Warframes lack.
So if you're infertile, you're a robot. This clears up a lot.
If the criteria of life include the ability to reproduce then mules wouldn't be counted as living. So that this hybrid animal is basically what? Just came to think of that animal that couldn't reproduce because it is a hybrid with 63 chromosomes. (And I'm not counting that 1 : 1 000 000 chance of it possibly actually reproducing. That's not reliable for a species.)
It's a synth. Meaning it's a simulated version of organics. Your fabricator synthesizes an entire organism from base materials. In sci fi, synths are known for also being made of metallic substances since a fabricator has the advantage of utilizing non-carbon based materials like an organic mother would. it's basically a robot that's made to work exactly like a normal creature would.
I remember how when they first switched Crowd Dispersion from short blind-stuns to ragdolls, Sweeper used to send enemies flying dozens of metres away when Wyrm shot them after ragdolling them.
Stuff was hilarious.
