There is not. If I were to guess as to why it's not a thing is because I imagine it would do more harm than good for a lot of people. Playing skyrim recently with a dodge mod isntalled that does just this frequently gets annoying as tend to quickly tap left or right to straighten my path or move in a different direction. Doing so cause me to dodge a lot when I wish not to.

Happens in most game with this system I find. But that's just me.

I usually don't do that. I used to play some other third person shooter with that feature and it taught me not too.

There's always pressing the role button while you're zoomed in I guess?
