Torment is one of Shadow Stalker's Acolytes, first introduced during Operation: Shadow Debt. She takes the form of 
Mesa with Stalker's helmet, a Naberus shoulder piece, and some of 
Equinox's front tassels. She also uses an Eos chest plate for a codpiece, and the Eos spurs.
As of Update 29.5 (2020-11-19), Torment can now spawn in The Steel Path missions.
Tactics[]
Instead of Mesa's abilities, Torment uses 
Tempest Barrage and 
Tidal Surge and wields the 
Akvasto.

- Torment was the first Acolyte to be brought back after being defeated. Uniquely, it was before Operation: Shadow Debt had even ended because of the Hotfix 18.4.3 (2016-01-27) that tweaked the drop rate of mods wasn't released until after her first defeat.

- Acolytes have been given the fancy “boss Health bar” treatment!
Update 29.5 (2020-11-19)
- THE STEEL PATH: ACOLYTES JOIN THE BATTLE & MORE!
- As you play in any Steel Path mission, Acolytes will spawn and attack - defeating the Acolyte grants a guaranteed drop of 2 Steel Essence. Beware! If you get downed by an Acolyte, they'll escape and you won’t receive any Steel Essence!
- The Steel Path Acolytes now have received the same Status Effect eligibility treatment that Liches received in Update 27.3 earlier this year. This means we have slightly increased their health (scaled by squad size) as the Status Effect eligibility makes them easier to kill.
- Reduced the Melee attack damage on both Misery and Malice to avoid the more reported 1HKOs.
- In essence (ha), there is virtually no RNG with Steel Essence anymore. Acolytes will always appear in regular missions (Endlessly in Endless missions.). The time at which they choose to appear may be a bit random, but if you kill mobs, they will come!
- Please note, Acolytes won't spawn in Archwing missions on the Steel Path.

Is it accurate that this lady has no armor? I don't recall seeing a red health bar (at least not immediately).

Why does it feel like she has a damage reflecting ability? I just tried taking her on while in stealth as ivara and I was getting hit the same exact time and rate as I was hitting her
Yeah, kinda feels like Torment has Turbulence or something. Was invis with Loki and sprayed her with Ignis Wraith for a short moment before dropping dead
Apparently Torment still shoots you even when you’re invisible.
I just got done in my torment. I was in an infested mission using citrine and had to cast my 2nd ability 3 times. It kept getting nullified or something. The fight was over in 30 seconds or so. Not entirely sure, but it seems to have some kind of ranged nullifier ability. That or citrine's 2nd has a damage limit before it breaks.
Where is the torment spawn place?
For normal missions, at random but unavailable right now since he only appears in Acolyte events.
For Steel Path, he has a chance to appear whenever you take on any missions.
It spawns as level 30.
Can Ivara steal the mods from those acolytes?
No.
