- COMPANION STAT CHANGES
Two broad changes have been made with regard to your Companion's base stats to increase their staying power:
1. Health, Shields and Armor have been refactored across the board.
This simple numeric buff was made with the goal of increasing Companion survivability. This also means that the choice of whether to use, for example, Enhanced Vitality or Linked Vitality, will depend on your Warframe choice instead of the Linked Mod always being strictly superior.
2. Non-Sentinel Companions now gain their full Health and Shield values immediately when you acquire them.
Historically Health and Shield values would increase as your Companion ranked up, which you could see as "Rank Bonuses" in the Upgrades screen. We've removed this behavior and simply given Companions what would end up being their Rank 30 values at Rank 0. This should let you immediately take your Companions on more difficult missions after earning them!
Including both the removal of Companion Rank bonuses, and the base increase to stats, the following lists the stat changes for all Companions at Rank 0:

They buff Sunika kubrow but not the others, this brow mods needs buff too.
Can someone explain why my raska kubrow is as big as my qorvex, or is my dog just a titan of a dog by chance?
Sometimes you just get a big boy. I have a Helminth Charger that is as tall as Chroma, it used to clip into the roof of the companion segment with the Metus armor on, but they changed it so the pets are always rendered in the foreground in the companion menu.
These guys are not very useful a lot of times since warframe configs are usually built with survivability in mind but damn, they look so mighty I love em.
I have to say tho, in cases where your warframe can't afford to build survivability or when you're at a point where enemies can one-shot you once they deplete your shield, Raksa becomes pretty good. Protect is really consistent at keeping you alive between shield gates and Howl being a mini Nekros Terrify is not bad as well.
Was browsing Google translate to find a name for a Kubrow. I wanted one that could mean "protector". Lo and behold, looks like "protector" in Bengali is "Rakṣaka" (রক্ষক). Do you think DE got inspiration from this word to name the "Raksa Kubrow" breed? It seems way too fitting to be a mere coincidence.

They always take inspirations from cultures around the world, take for example titania's "diwata" which took inspiration from Philippine's "diwata" which means an enchantress or forest guardian, some may also interpret them as fairies.

got one, clompletely black, a lil on the slim side but I still love that pup. had him for a bit over 2 years as a puppy, not aging him (he was too cute) now he still looks dashing and keeps my hildryn supplied so I can fly forever. 15/10 best boi ever

I've been hatching kubrow eggs for ages but seem not to get Raksa breed. Anyone wants to sell its imprint. I just need it for MR.
this is my first egg and i got it.just try random. i didnt use a imprint either so that may still be an opton to you.
i think imprints affects the colours and sizes of kubrows but not the breed. i am not sure tho

I had gotten the thick raska as my first kubrow and was so happy like a decade ago. still is my favorite companion i just still need to forma mine up and finish ranking the mods. Ive been using so much formas for other stuff and unlocking other companions (i own 12 different ones as of now) and forgot to go back to work on him and still need tons of formas for new stuff and him.

The breed of a kubrow doors not affect it's appearance.
Then what can affect its appearance, because I don't want to keep that chupakabra in my liset.
When you start a random incubation the Sex, Breed, Body Type, Size, Fur Pattern and Colors are all randomly selected. None of them have any impact on what the others will be.
The only way to guarantee you get a raksa with the bulky body would be to do an incubation using 2 imprints from bulky Raksa kubrow.
For me this is the best Kubrow, like a Guardian. Restores shield and scare enemies.
Already formed it 3 times and here comes another 2 formas to max my lovely dog.

the ... w.e one that can hide you is the best.... its a much better shade... as u can attack with frame powers... wont pop it... and it current deals the most dmg out of any dog or cat and most floating paperweights, even the infested dog too. its odd but a fact
