What is the current best way to level up a warframe ?
It's not the fastest if you want to just rush something to 30, but these days I mostly level stuff in public void fissures. Try your best to keep up with the inevitable nukers in the group and you'll get a decent amount of affinity while also opening relics.
Use fosfor where you get from nakak to increase affinity range from 50m to 200m
stealth kill farming is the best. but if you want a more chill experience, ESO or Sedna

I'm still trying to find an equivalent for weapon leveling that is as effective as this. Going into ESO and having to get lucky to have a nuker on your team is pretty inconsistent.
Using your abilities to kill the enemies.
Not always an option without helminth.
Ideally, pubbing normal Sanctuary Onslaught. But you have to get lucky with your squad. If no one brings a meta frame like Saryn, Volt, or Mirage, you won't see much affinity gain.
If you're having trouble getting a good squad there, then pub Hydron, Sedna instead. It's not as fast as an SO run with a good squad, but it's the next best thing. I have better luck finding good squads there than I do in SO most the time.
If you don't want to pub, and have subsumed Banshee to Helminth already, you can put Silence on the frame you want to level and use the stealth kill affinity bonus to level yourself up in a high level exterminate mission or something.
Finally, Oceanum, Pluto is decent for solo as well. Just hack each vault with your frame without setting the vault alarms off (mission alarms don't matter). Vault stealth hacks give 12,000 affinity, 25% of which goes to your frame (if you didn't use your Operator to hack it). So at least 20,250 affinity goes directly to your frame each run, plus enemies you kill along the way. Slower than the other methods for sure, but it's friendly.
And if you have multiple frames to level it's probably just worth grabbing a 3-day affinity booster as well.
In any case, it's helpful to know the affinity rules:

Kills made with abilities: 100% of the affinity goes to your frame

Kills made with weapons: 50% goes to your frame, 50% goes to your killing weapon

Kills made by allies: 25% goes to your frame, 75% is distributed equally to all your equipped weapons.
The fastest way, assuming you've subsumed Equinox/Banshee, is putting Rest/Silence on the frame's 1, taking a strong melee, and then murdering everything on Sedna. It's 1 run to max a frame with an Affinity booster/some Smeeta luck, max of 2 runs without. There's no other method that beats stealth affinity outside of being MR30+ and Forma'ing a level 30 nuke frame, then using their nuke in ESO.
