- Equipping this mod will set weapon's Fire Rate to its default ignoring other bonuses, even negative effects (e.g.
Critical Delay,
Vile Precision). - Weapons with an Incarnon mode must have Semi-Auto trigger type for both firing modes in order to equip this mod.
Latron Incarnon Genesis is currently the only Incarnon weapon capable of equipping this mod.

I want list of weapon that can use this mod please
As of 4 days ago, this mod no longer works with Bows like the Kuva Bramma or the Proboscis Cernos, or any bows.
Love how this thing removes the issue with -Fire Rate by setting it to default, it goes well with hard hitting crit based weapons.

There're burst weapons with a semi trigger, but sadly those are not included
Also, those weapons with an alternate fire/incarnon form that isn't semi-triggered are also excluded from using the cannonblade mods.
If the trigger type in the mod menu says anything other than Semi than yes it won't be available

You can increase your fire rate if your fire rate is not gated by your fire rate stat but your reload speed stat. I have a vectis prime mod loadout that has its fire rate determined by how fast I can reload
I'm more impressed by how you can complicate something that could've been way simpler to explain lol
If you don't manually reload you're still bound by the fire rate (firing cycle triggers automatic reload)

Kinda sure that Punch Through is bad for most weapons that are explosive projectiles because they can explode inside the ground or inside a surface meaning = damage loss
I thought so, too, and assumed DE added the Punch Through bonus on these mods specifically to make them practically incompatible with launchers, but that doesnt actually seem to be the case anymore. before i got a copy of this mod i put Metal Auger on the Kuva Zarr and Kuva Tonkor to test it, and the projectiles still exploded on first contact without penetrating anything, whether they hit geometry or an enemy
Free damage, not really. You lose a lot of damage without FR, and base damage is useless. So it's a weak punchthru mod, that doesn't really do anything for most explosives, and disabled FR buffs. Explosions already penetrate everything so if they explode on contact, then you're not getting a lot of value from punchthru. There's launchers that don't punchthru as at all, so its two dump stats to lock your FR.
Base damage isn't useless, just run Frostbite over Deadhead or Merciless.
The only “fun” use I’ve found for this mod is that it forces the fire rate with the Komorex. While this is pretty eh since it prevents it from increasing from any kind of buff “(that I know of), it DOES also prevent it from going down. With Komorex’s second zoom level normally dropping fire rate by 75%, using this mod on it allows you to fire it as fast as the normal scope fire rate. Really fun to use with the “manual fire to automatic” setting they added in the settings
Moreso: You can use creeping bullseye while being in 2nd zoomlevel.
One problem though: Since it gives it punch trough, it no longer triggers the viral explosion on it and need to hit a wall or something for it to work, rendering viral/slash builds completely useless without something else to prime. Very sad :(
They were supposed to have fixed the punch through explosion mechanic long ago. It should explode on the first target hit. The Sporothrix Augment however explodes on EACH enemy hit.
Alas, doesn't fit on the Fulmin or Torid.
Does go on the Kuva Zarr for stupid amounts of damage.
Does it negate Wisp's fire rate buff?
Wisp, Harrow, even Gauss. Any fire rate buff? negated.
Any DEBUFF? Also negated.
Critical Delay? Negated. good to use on Chakkhurr, and Kuva Hek for OP damage, and ESPECIALLY the Kuva Zarr because oh my god that does STUPID damage.
