What is a good Amp for Void Angels?
So I was running SP Zariman for the first time (btw it was way easier than I expected, and I was just curious how well my gear would stand it) and when fighting a void angel I was able to defeat its first health bar outside the void, but inside the void my amp was practically useless. I’m using the 177 with Eternal Eradicate and Eternal Onslaught as my amp arcanes (both r5). What would be better for Void Angels?
I like my 147, because in the event that client lag means I don't make it in time to nuke the health bar before the Orb phase, the Raplak prism's range means I can reliably shoot the Angel at a distance.
Magus Melt would help.
147 - Raplak can kill angels in first phase. I'm surprised you say your amp is useless. Are you activating both Eternal Onslaught and Eternal Eradicate? Even without void strike they can take down the an angel pretty fast.
I go sirocoo, but only with Madurai.
Use Madurai and it's first ability.
Anything works just use madurai
The 7 prism combined with Void Strike is pretty great against angels. Lets you take down their whole bar in like 2 seconds and prevent the floating ball phase.
747 is what I’d use, since the 4 scaffold is great for just general use/Last Gasp.
7x7 vomit spray is good. Despite the way it fires, it can head shot, you just have to move closer to the angel.
I just use 1x7 because I don't want to swap out my eidolon build. With your eternal arcanes and Magus Melt you can down angels in 2-4 headshots depending on level.

Also if you hit both the head and chest, it defaults to the chest for damage purposes, so aim slightly above the head to get that sweet headshot multiplier.
177 with eradicate and onslaught is more than enough, you just need to proc both arcanes. I usually run Madurai for everything so I spam the 2 and some void slings in place to deplete my energy then aim to the head with Raplak. It takes 2 or 3 shots, the angel never gets to summon the orbs.
If that doesn't cut it for you then 777 is also great, again remember to proc the arcanes
Yea I was activating both arcanes but even with that it’s still weak. I am using Vazarin for void snare for crowd control on normal missions, so maybe that’s my problem?
