Palladino is a member of the Red Veil syndicate, appearing during the Chains of Harrow quest. She serves as a ritualistic speaker for Rell, a cast-out Tenno who sealed himself away.
Following the events of Chains of Harrow, she resides in Iron Wake where she performs her ritualistic duties under the protection of the Steel Meridian. She sells Rell's Donda, an Orbiter decoration for 
25. She can also trade Riven Slivers for two Riven Mods, Credits, and 
Kuva weekly.

Riven Slivers can be traded to Palladino in Iron Wake on Earth after completion of Chains of Harrow. Each item can only be bought once per week, resetting on Monday 00:00 UTC.

- Palladino namesake may be based after the Italian word paladino, meaning paladin.
- Unlike other NPCs who interact differently with Warframes whom they have special relationships with (such as Baro Ki'Teer with
Inaros, Roky with 
Yareli and Quinn with 
Gyre), Palladino has no special interactions whenever she is visited by the Operator/Drifter in 
Harrow's form, possibly because she knows Rell no longer inhabits the vessel.

Update 35.1 (2024-02-20)
- Adjusted Riven type drop rates in Pallidino’s Veiled Riven Offerings to be more proportional to weapon ratios.
- In all Riven sources other than Sorties and Archon Hunts, each Riven type has had an equal chance of being rewarded, meaning you are as likely to get a Kitgun Riven as you are a Melee Riven, despite Kitgun Rivens having 6 possible weapons and Melee having well over 100. Now, Kitguns and Zaws are the least likely to be rolled, followed by (in ascending order) Shotguns, Rifle, Pistol, and Melee. This order is applied to both guaranteed and drop table Rivens:
- Drop rates for guaranteed Rivens (Pallidino):
- Kitgun 3.5%
- Zaw 3.5%
- Shotgun 8%
- Rifle 25%
- Pistol 25%
- Melee 35%
Update 32.3 (2023-02-15)
- Vendors with weekly offerings (such as Palladino) will now reset those items on Monday at 0:00 UTC/7:00 PM ET to be in sync with all the other reset timers.
- Palladino used to reset on Thursday at 0:00 UTC/7:00 PM ET, but will now reset on Monday at 0:00 UTC/7:00 PM ET.
Hotfix 31.5.2 (2022-04-28)
- Eximus Rewards & Palladino Changes:
After reviewing Community feedback to the Eximus Unit reward changes in Update 31.5.0, we’ve made some further changes, specifically to the Credit drop. The amount of Credits dropped for high level Eximus Units due to the scaling amount changes weren’t hitting the mark for veteran players who play at that level. We don’t want to remove Credits altogether as new players will find these useful in their journey.
As a result, Eximus Units now drop 500-750 Credits that no longer scale with level. Non-Steel Path Eximus Units level 30+ now have a chance to drop a Riven Sliver, granted at a smaller chance than their Steel Path counterpart to not diminish their value.
As a result of the above changes, Palladino’s Offerings have grown to provide more purchase options for your Riven Slivers, given that you’ll receive more with the above changes.

- Additional Veiled Riven
- 35K Kuva Bundle
- 150K Credit bundle
- For those who appreciated the bigger Credit drop from Eximus Units you can now choose to use your Riven Slivers here.

The counter for when the reset happens and the date listed in the article isn't the same. It says it resets in Monday 0:00, which it does, but the timer is 1 day ahead of what it is supposed to be
No Meridian/Veil war, no consequences for the Veil's continued betrayals.

I love how they made her a vendor but gave her 0 new voicelines,she just...stands there.
I want her to come back in a quest she is useless in the story.

I wish there was a timer for the Riven reset. It's a pain in the ass if you can't remember exactly when you bought your last one.

It's a weekly reset like you said, just checked. Bought my previous riven right after Corpus RJ landed and now I'm staring at a riven reseting in 6d 23h 55min 59s..

It's been a few weeks for me and still no rivens for sale.
It doesn't reset upon purchase at least from me purchasing 1, seeing 28 hours to reset stock. Then getting 6 riven slivers in Kuva survival the next day (4 hours remaining). Having to wait 6 hours, then another 1.5 hours of Steel Path Survival. Was able to buy another riven right then & there once I had at least 10. This has happened to an extent a few times if I rmeember correctly.

She could have been used for lore bit more to explain kuva litches, give quest for parazon ( and actually have a quest to get parazon ) and riven mods and cephalon Samodeus for n00bs.... does she get any of that? Apparenly not.

I mean having to get the parazon itself is kinda out the window now that the new Awakening quest and Jackal fight indicate it to be a part of all Warframes but yeah, she seems the sort that would fit well with a quest to explain Liches and put us on the path of obtaining our first Requiem mods.
Palladino from red veil, how tf did she know what kuva lich is, its only among kuva grineer,queen,and you. And about parazon its from the warframe itself maybe, or from lotus so every tenno already has one by default, and the tech is probably orokin so palladino wont even understand too

Does anyone have any numbers on the % chance for a particular kind of riven to drop ? Like kitgun,rigle,melee,zaw , which is how much % ?
