Vanquish or convert sister?
Which is the better option? I converted both my lich and sister, but I hear you get their weapons/ephemera when you vanquish them
Converting means you can make them railjack crew, could trade it to another player, and have a chance at them showing up to help you in missions.
Vanquishing gives you their weapon, and generally the more common option.
Either option gives you their ephemera if they have one.
