The Gravimag is an Archgun weapon upgrade that allows the player to wield that gun as a heavy weapon in ground combat, without an Archwing, through the use of an Archweapon Deployer which can only be unlocked after reaching max rank with Solaris United.

Acquisition[]
A Gravimag can be acquired as a one-time reward upon the first completion of Phase 3 of the Profit-Taker Orb Heist.
Alternatively, the Gravimag Blueprint can be researched in a Clan Dojo and be purchased for 35,000 from the Tenno Research Lab, or bought from the Market for
20.
Usage[]
Gravimags can be installed on an Archgun through the Actions tab on the Arsenal's Upgrade section. Only Archguns that have been upgraded with an Orokin Catalyst can have Gravimags installed on them.
Once an Archgun has been upgraded with a Gravimag, players can equip the upgraded Archgun in the Heavy Weapon tab of their Vehicles section, allowing the player to deploy an Archgun in ground combat via Archweapon Deployer Gear item.
A Gravimag is not required to be equipped to Necramechs called down via Necramech Summon.
Notes[]
- Prior to Update 29.6 (2020-12-18), Necramechs required Gravimag to use Archguns, thus their associated weapons
Mausolon,
Cortege, and
Morgha all come with a pre-installed Gravimag.

Go to dojo buy a single use bp.
Go to obs fight do the most useless "endgame' content for a dozen time
Buy the parts with little duck
Wait 24 hours on top of it
Have fun with a worse primary weapon that will stop working the moment you pick any thing on the floor (excation)
HAVE A COOLDOWN and no ammo for while.
I Wonder why NO ONE bother with archguns anymore
This is the best babyrage I've seen in a while, If you're at the point where you've unlocked this, but you still cant mod an archgun well enough to be useful, just quit and do something you do like, It's not the type of game for you.
The price is wrong, the page says 35,000 credits, but it is actually 25,000.
It shows as 35,000 credits in my Dojo.
Kinda sad that it requires you to have a catalysator installed. just aquired my Kuva Grattler but it's a chore to level it in archwing missions - obviously used all existing catalysators already for new Prime and other weapons.
Too many weapons that need a catalyst but too few catalysts aquirable at any given time :D
It takes you literally 10 minutes to farm 20 plat
I never use a catalyst unless I'm sure I want to keep a weapon. Level it up to 30 first then make the decision. Some weapons are not worth the upgrade.
I instaled it in my Kuva Archgun yet I cant use it in free roam?
You need to put in your gear slot
Put the deployer on the gear slot as mentioned above yes. can then be used on any mission.
Not very useful now that heavy weapons are powercrept by arcanes and galvanized mods.
But big gun is fun
HOW DO I INSTALL IT EVERY THING IS COFUSSING
Page didn't help? You install it in the same menu you put on Forma or Orokin Catalyst.
I was wondering if you can buy the parts for the Gravimag?
Or the archgun launcher from the market?
Yes,you can buy the gravimag parts with vox solaris standing from little duck.
And no, the archgun launcher cannot be purchased from anywhere. You can however have someone taxi you to profit taker phase 3. After finishing that for the first time, you get the archgun deployer sent to your mail without having to reach solaris united rank 5
Tested it, no, you can't taxi players with less than rank 5 of fortuna for profit taker missions (the players with lower rank will get notification of the required rank, therefore not valid for participation), especially straight to phase 3 without completing the previous mission chain. And while technically you can buy gravimag parts from LD, you essentially need to be rank 5 fortuna to reach rank 5 vox solaris rank up requirements (gravimag parts) to be able to buy gravimag parts
You can't drag players into the mission. You can't invite them into the mission while you are inside Orb Vallis. But you can have players /join on you once you are inside Orb Vallis (so be their friend first).
As for the mission, all quests must be done in order. I tried to skip to Phase 3, to get the Gravimag quickly, but no combination worked. Doing it in order is the only way, but apparently you can have them join mid mission, so at least you don't have to wait for them to load in before moving. You can just go straight to the objective, even do some of the objective before they load in (classic speedy taxi stuff). Just don't forget that you have to have an Orokin Catalyst installed on the target Archgun to install a Gravimag (I forgot about that part).
For the bridge between Phase 1 and Phase 2, I like to return back to Fortuna so that they save their drops gained from Orb Vallis, without being booted to Orbiter (or where ever they go when they get booted).
Notes:
You might need the person being carried to talk to Eudico in the backroom so they can receive the free Gravimag on Phase 3.
Phase 3's reward, if done correctly, should drop a Gravimag for them instead of the the "global reward" (aka relics or something). If they got the same reward that you get (assuming you already did Phase 3 before), something is wrong: maybe they might need to talk to Eudico in the backroom as indicated above.
Complete evil move on DE's part, to let you spend money on this, but not tell you lvl 5 standing in Fortuna is REQUIRED to play the mission that allows the player to use this.
Tell me about it... I basically can kiss ever being able to use an archweapon in a mission goodbye, because I dislike the Orb Vallis and so I doubt I'll ever have it at rank 5. My question is, why can we not buy the dang archweapon launcher for plat? We can buy Gravimags.
"Spend money on this" Dude its 20p.... I can get that in like 5 minutes.
And as for never being able to use it... WHY ARE YOU EVEN PLAYING THIS GAME THEN? The point of it is literally do X thing even if you dont like it.... TO GET THE STUFF YOU DO LIKE.
They're referring to the fact that they let you spend plat but don't tell you that you have to get rank 5 solaris u to use it, so might as well not let you buy since you have to farm to the point where you can get it to use it.
They don't give a full disclaimer sheet on anything. Buying a mod or upgrade doesn't buy the full kit. Do research before buying stuff--especially when buying stuff at suspiciously low prices compared to what you'd expect. Warframe is a grind game, that's the whole point of it, the stuff that bypasses grinding costs hundreds of plat, not 20.
Such a good idea
How about the time limit the archgun can be deployed for. That's disappointing of my efforts to make it this far.
A 5 minute cool down thats related to how much ammo you use effectively making it limitless ammo if you can wait for the cool down...?
Ah yes literally unplayable.
Can someone help me please the heavy slot doesn't appear. As in the place where you equip your heavy weapon
Do you have an Archgun Deployer? This can be obtained by ranking up to max on Solaris United syndicate and finishing one of the Heist bounties.
You need to do the phase 3 of the profit taker bounty, when you clear it the 1st time to get a message in the mail with the archgun deployer and a free gravimag.
Spend 20 plat on it and save yourself the most annoying grind. I rather scan Kavats in Derelict.
it cost 32 500 standing.
I'm trying to make count the Gravimag I was awarded from the Profit-Taker-Orb heists, which would be the best archgun to use it on?
if you're going to be using archguns mainly for profit taker, i recommend imperator vandal or corvas
> Make it a pain the arse to farm without buying the parts, which was added way later
> Make it purchasable rather than just reworking the awful drop system for this entire thing
Classy DE.
What you are saying is....
"DE please give me everything easy...I hate working hard for things."
With that atttitude, you will struggle in life. Lets face a hard fact- The harder you have to work for something, the more rewarding it is when you get it.
August 7 by A Lone Tenno
No. "DE please give me stuff by a fun way or at least not too much grind, because having to farm shitty sutff on shitty enemies, all for a garbage syndicat no-one ever asked for nor is liking in any way is, well, boring as fuck".
DE is garbage, that's all. Sad WF had to be owned by such a bad compagnie
Making things hard to get does not make them rewarding, It just makes people not want to use it, Especially when it's literally useless.
Videogames aren't life, stop trying to psychoanalyze people on the internet, if you had the qualifications for it in the first place your crowning achievement wouldn't be trying to anonymously preach to people about life on a wiki.
"Games being ridiculously hard equals FUN!" "Only LOSERS want to avoid spending 200 farming 1 item!" Yeah dude no
i don't give a shit about the arch-guns... what about arch-melees!?
Asking the real questions here.
I don't give a shit about arch-melees, so I'm happy with this.
Considering most of those have flavor text explicitly stating their weight and size renders them unfeasible in all but a zero-g environment, I'm not sure something like this would make them work.
So if I'm reading this correctly each gun requires its own, separate Gravimag?
Here dies my dream of finally levelling up those Archwing weapons I had built for like 2 years.
Run interception missions. It doesn't take that long, honestly.
Not to mention Each of those archgun would need a potato
This was available as a twitch reward for watching Prime time episode 250
safmhvasdfhj,adsb PAY2WIN
1st learn what pay2win means before you open your mouth and 2nd play the actual game before said opening mouth. smh. some people really are so ignorant.
Pay2Win = being forced to use real money to get the best iteams out there.
WF has made it so you can farm it (yes its hard to farm right now since it is newer contet), not to mention you can farm prime parts for plat. Lets call it what it truely is, Pay4convenience.
in my clan's tenno lab, it isn't one of each system, it's 10, 5, 2 like normal. is the wiki wrong or is it cuz my clan is a moon clan?
You probably confused the manufacturing cost with the research cost.
Nightwave mission requires this to complete it.. GG DE! You would need max rank with Solaris United and then you can start farming with Vox Solaris too. Then it's like 3 days to build it. But at least it's cheap, just 20p... yeah..
you dont even have to do all of the nw to get to the final reward. just do the rest of the missions
