how can I convert my stand alone version of Warframe in my Laptop to a steam version?

The safest and correct way is to uninstall the current version and install the steam version in a clean install. Your login details will be identical and the game will play the same, except with steam wallet, achievements, overlay, etc.
I cannot say if it will work or not but you might be able to get away without reinstalling clean, however it is not recommended and will leave some orphaned files and registry keys behind. By moving the game's current /Warframe install folder into your /Steam/steamapps/common, you can then tell steam to install it. It will find the folder and parse the files within it and usually only download anything that's different or missing. Again, this is an untidy way and not recommended, but might work if bandwidth is an issue. It also might make no difference if there are many differences between installations.
Download WF through steam
Delete standalone verison
Now you are done!
No, you CANNOT covert the standalone version straight to steam version.
Uninstall and download with Steam to have a peace of mind.
