Use [Primed Fury] instead of [Berserker Fury], use one more Forma to fit the build.

So there's a rumor that all you need here is clickbait title and even more clickbait guide to get the highest up votes on this page. Well... I'm afraid that this might be true.

I'm beyond that. So let me just go straight to the point.

There's no better, no more efficient [Nikana Prime] build on this page than this one here!!!

(Except the one with godlike riven)

Now it's the right time to curse me in the comments section.

Are you done? OK! Now, let me explain the build a little.

It's easy to look at growing numbers on the page, especially when you're looking at Average Hit and Sustained DPS... more numbers means more powerful weapon, right? RIGHT?!

WRONG!
Very wrong! Why? OK, look:

• our base Nikana Prime Critical Chance (CC) is 28%
• our base Nikana Prime Critical Multiplier (CD) is x2.4
• we stack up combo, we got x12, now our CC is 151% and our CD is x3.8 (wait... what?! How? Well, as the Critical Chance increases, the Tier of Critical Damage does so as well)
• we won't exceed 200% with any normal (or sacrificial) mod, so there's no point to raise CC more... let's add CD, so we add Organ Shatter, and now we got 151% CC and x6.4 CD.
• now that we rich'd our maximum CC and CD, we have to find a balance
• [Nikana Prime] is mostly Slash damage weapon, so obviously we add Viral, but we want more Slash that Viral... that's why both dual stats mods are R0, so we can have that Viral, but Slash has much higher weighting
• thanks to this now we deal more Slash proc.
• but we want to proc. it as much as possible, so we take advantage of Weeping Wounds
• we want to make that weapon viable in literally every single situation we approach, so we add Condition Overload... the toughest opponent, the harder he gets
• but we are not facing a single opponent, we are facing an army, that's why we must deal damage quickly and that damage must be dealt to as many enemies as we can hit with one swing, so we add Primed Fury and Primed Reach
• finally, we choose [Blind Justice] as a stance because we want a stance that deal mostly Slash damage and have the best combos

And this... this is why this build is the best here on this page!

I also have alternatives for all of you, but it requires three Formas.

What's changing?
3 Formas:
At first glance, you can see that I completely dropped Elemental damage, added the [Spring-Loaded Blade] mod, very rare in common builds, and increased Critical Damage in the first case.

In the second case, I increased the Attack Speed, which drastically increases the DPS. Faster swings = DPS increase.

Another way to destroy your opponents is "Primed Smite..." mods, depending on which faction you are going to. I know that there are both supporters and opponents of these mods, I don't like them personally, but they are mods that increase the damage done to enemies of a specific faction. Damage is calculated as a total damage multiplier against the faction, so it's kinda powerful.

Why am I giving these alternatives?
The current "META" in the game looks like that. [Nikana Prime] is one of those melee weapons that are in the "META" so I want to provide you with as much important information as possible.

Protip: don't forger about "Primer" - Primary or Secondary Status Sprayers, weapons that can chains enemies or can spread AoE damage. People usually runs with [Kuva Nukor] but is this not the only "Primer" you can use, it's just the most popular right now.
