Here is a thermal sunder only build. Basically you want to spam heat thermal sunder then cold proc to nuke everything. (Further explanation in the current top guide linked below)
[Archon Vitality] is very important as it doubles the heat procs of thermal sunder. Zenurik path is pretty mandatory here since you will use a lot of energy.
Mandatory also : Archon shards, one Casting speed + 4 durations to push redline up to 45 seconds.
