Juno Sapper MOAs are exclusive to the Brutus node on Uranus.
Farming Locations[]
Target | Planet | Name | Type | Level | Tile Set |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Uranus | Brutus | Ascension | 45 - 50 | Stalker's Lair |
Behavior[]
- The primary attack of the Juno Sapper MOA involves launching large orbs of
Electricity that slowly home into players, dealing a guaranteed proc on contact and
Staggering players.
- Whether or not the orb hits a surface or a player, the orb leaves a small area that is struck by lightning shortly afterwards and shocking any players who wander into the zone, functioning identically to the Conductive Keyglyph's effects.
Tips[]
- As Corpus forces in Ascension will be shooting downwards at players, look up to see any incoming Sapper orbs and plan accordingly.
- Keep moving and change directions frequently to avoid getting hit by the homing orbs. The high number of obstacles in the elevator shaft can be exploited to get rid of the orbs.
Trivia[]
- The term "Sapper" traditionally refers to soldiers tasked with digging trenches, building fortifications, laying or clearing mines, and demolition. In the case of the Juno Sapper MOA, the name highlights its role in controlling and altering the battlefield with its disruptive orbs.
- The Juno Sapper MOA's main gun uses the same model as the Juno Geminex MOA, with the
Staticor's model attached to the bore.

As much as this article hypes them up, a hundred runs of Ascension later and I literally had no idea what these things do. I still don't remember seeing anything like how the wiki describes their attack either.
They're similar to Shock Eximus units with the projectiles they fire, other than that and the drops they're just typical MOAs.
Their AOEs look way too similar to existing energy leech eximus, And they seem to apply a rather nasty DOT that ramps up over ticks. Starts out like a tickle and then suddenly dead.
