Reinforced Bond is a Companion mod that increases the owner's Fire Rate when the companion's maximum Shields or current Shields (including Overshield) exceed 1200. Reloading will also restore shields to the companion.

20,000 after reaching Rank 3 - Doer with Solaris United.
Notes[]
- As noted above, the buff activates if the companion possesses over 1200 maximum shields through modding, and will remain active regardless of their actual moment-to-moment shield strength. However, the buff will temporarily deactivate if the companion is incapacitated.
- Alternatively, as reloading restores up to 150 shields, maintaining companion’s shields (including overshield) over 1200 will activates the buff. Note that Battery Weapons won’t restore shields.
- In order to get a 1200 maximum shield with the
Calculated Redirection mod at maximum rank, your companion will need a minimum 343 base shield. This can only be accomplished by the following companions:
- Wyrm Prime
- Nautilus Prime
- Huras Kubrow
- Raksa Kubrow
- Sunika Kubrow
- Any breed of Vulpaphyla or Predasite
- Any Hound or MOA with the right modular components. Check the following sections for more details on what part combinations to use:
- You may opt to use
Link Redirection to reach the required shield values, but this is heavily dependent on your selected warframe's maximum shields: A warframe must have at least 960 maximum shields, either through modding or as is, to activate this mod. - Weapons that reload per shell, such as the
Strun, will generate overshields for each shell loaded in. - Bows and battery weapons cannot generate overshield.
- As long as a Vulpaphyla's beast form reaches the 1200 shield threshold, the fire rate buff stays activated in their larval forms, even though the larvae don't have enough shields.
Bugs[]
- When player is not the host it may not function at all, passive reloads may only work as host. Manually reloading or a companion dying & reviving may reactivate it, but its inconsistent.

Nautilus prime works for this hell yeah
I cant tell if the fire rate is additive or flat increase, its messing with my Internal Bleeding equipped weapons.
Keep in mind reloading your gun gives 150 shield, stacks up 4X. Which means you get +600 total shield and you can use this mod on less tanky companions too. This info should be there.

What about Djinn's unique mod Reawaken? Can it reach the required conditions in order for the reinforced bond to stay active permanently by pairing Reawaken with Calculated Redirection?
It can’t. Reawaken only increases max Overshield, which doesn’t count for max Shield.
However, the buff can still be achieved if Djinn’s shields exceed 1,200.
Damn...if only it also affected melee lol. Its freaking with a Burston Incarnon...600 rounds of pure Heat (or Gas or Rad or Blast, depending on what SINGLE element you put on your gun.) in the form of an A10 Warthog lol.
Pretty nice also with braton incarnon, since i have a riven with high crit + damage + multishot for it I had to sacrifice fire rate which is fine
Does this work with shields buffed by frame abilities? such as Hildryn's haven or Chroma's electricity elemental ward? Or does it have to be their shields from mod load out?
It counts if companion's shield exceeds 1200 in any way possible.
Tried on Hildryn's Haven and confirmed this works.

Only if you are host, if you join mission it does not work with Synth Deconstruct.
I'm pretty sure there's a bug preventing this mod from activating when you're not the host.

Ok, cool, so I'm not losing my mind.
This can work with Djinn using the Reawaken mod, since that increases the overshield cap.
There's a lot of buggy and inconsistent things going on with this mod (sometimes working with Synth mods, sometimes turning off in ESO), but the one I'm most concerned with right now is that ever since testing it out on my moa in the simulacrum I've been stuck with an erroneous buff icon in EVERY mission. Including after removing the mod, all the mods, the companion itself, and relogging. Checking it in the menu says it's called Melee Retaliation and gives melee damage based on shields, which... Is an arcane they just added, but not one I even own a single copy of. I can even get its value to increase when my Warframe gets more overshields. It's just a whole mess.

I didnt get your point, the value in question belongs to the sentinel, not the frame. Are you mean Link Shield using Hildryn?
Yes, this is with Link shield and the mod is currently equipped on a kavat, no problem with sentinels but its the kavats and probably krubrows that this mod doesn't work correctly
Pretty sure they fixed that because it was working with my Hildryn earlier.
The buff from the mod is not displayed if you use Panzer Vulpaphyla in the Similacrum.
Not sure if it's related, but in three of my loadouts I have Reinforced Bond on my Wyrm Prime, and when I switch between those loadouts in the simulacrum, the buff disappears until I leave the simulacrum and re-enter it.
Did it have 1200 shields? Since they changed Calculated Redirection from +275% to 250% I don't think they meet the requirement anymore.
Um, have you used Wyrm Prime? Even after the Calc Redirection decrease from 275 to 250, Wyrm Prime still has almost double the amount of shields required to trigger Reinforced Bond.
My tenno in Natah 2/27/2024, you do not understand the redirection change, sure the number went down but the way it multiplies is different, old 250% was a percentage of BASE stats from lvl 1, now it is a multiplier to CURRENT stats at whatever level it is (lvl 30's stats if its max rank) and if anything all the health/armor/shield mods give slightly higher amounts compared to the old versions
Seems to be a good match with Titania since Diwata activates Pack Leader and companions are invunerable during Razorwing
So in solo mode when you are using reinforced bond and shoot with a weapon while having a holster mod eqquiped then switch to melee or primary your companion starts regenarating shields but when in public matchmaking it only works with normal reloading. Am I the ony one with this problem?

Sadly it has not interaction with Garuda's Blood Forge augment.
No idea if it's intentional or bug but when having weapon that reload when holstered (synth mod is enough) it will count as reload. So with weapons with big magazines ( tested on kuva twin stubbas, Trumna and Supra vandal) it will replenish companion overshield with massive speed, like 1000 overshield/s
