Notes[]
- Melee kills tend to apply ~ 6
Blast and
Impact procs, though amount varies up to the limit of 10 stacks.
- The effect has line of sight and does not go through walls.
- Kills from melee status damage-over-time trigger this effect.
- Kills by Exalted Weapons or pseudo-exalted abilities like
Landslide do not trigger this effect.
- Range mods such as
Reach do not affect the 15m radius.
- This effect alerts affected enemies, making this mod unsuitable for stealth play.
- The +45% Fire Rate to Secondary Weapons applies to
Mesa’s
Regulators, when equipped.
- The +45% Fire Rate to Secondary Weapons does NOT apply to
Titania's
Dex Pixia when equipped.
Trivia[]
- Prior to Update 31.1 (2022-02-09), the "knockdown" term written on the mod is an effect of the old pre-Update 27.2 (2020-03-05)
Blast proc, where enemies in a radius would be knocked down. The term was replaced by a stagger effect to restore the mod's original functionality.

Patch History[]
Update 32.0 (2022-09-07)
- Mod Rebalancing and Changes
We were also seeing an influx of players using the Furax with the Amalgam Furax Body Count mod as AoE weapons have become more and more prevalent. So we removed its +20% Blast Radius on Specialized Launchers and replaced it with +45% Fire Rate for Secondary Weapons.
Update 31.1 (2022-02-09)
- The Amalgam Furax Body Count Mod now applies a Blast proc and Stagger on Melee kills.
- The original Mod description stated that “Melee kills knockdown enemies within 15m” but that functionality has been missing in-mission since Blast Status was changed in Update 27.2 to no longer knockdown enemies. In addition to the Blast Status, we have also added the stagger to restore its original function pre-Status overhaul. We have also updated the description to be more accurate to the Mod’s function.
Update 25.0 (2019-05-22)
- Introduced.
- ↑ Chance to roll item within drop table
- ↑ Amount rewarded on successful roll
- ↑ (Quantity × Chance)
- ↑ Chance to roll drop table
- ↑ Chance to roll item within drop table
- ↑ (Drop Table Chance × Item Chance)
- ↑ (1 / Chance), see WARFRAME Wiki:Expected & Nearly Guaranteed Numbers for more details
- ↑ Amount rewarded on successful roll
- ↑ (Quantity × Chance), average item quantity on a roll attempt (successful or not)

Does the firerate work with jade's exalted weapon: glory?
Yes
I'm on run 30 something and it won't drop for me
Kills from melee status damage-over-time trigger this effect.
Melee influence works wonders with this thing, like the electric procs kill enemies and then spread blast and i tested this thing in the simulacrum the procs get affected by banes and the new elementalist so basically you have blast without having to mod the element and focusing on electric without ruining the status balance. is just a really nice chain reaction for nuking hordes of enemies.
And if you have the incarnon i suggest you go for the status chance perk over the slash one 29% base status is nasty.
Well, that's interesting. Definitely gonna try this out
It can kill your PC though so... be careful.
Is incarnon required for this?
"The +45% Fire Rate to Secondary Weapons does NOT apply to Titania's Dex Pixia when equipped." Booooo
The blast rework broke this mod, it causes a lot of fps drops when proc on multiple enemies quickly
Do not use melee influence with this, it will spread the blast procs. Why is this bad? They do no damage and it cause extreme FPS drops. I'm talking a good 1 FPS for 1-2s each time it happens.
It appears to only be this bad against groups of tanky enemies as influence tends to remove most enemies before the blast can affect them.
I hate that this mod is so good but the weapon is so ugly.
You don't have to use the weapon
For those who wonder the same thing as me; the impact procs from this mod can trigger the last incarnon's slash. HOWEVER, these slash procs seem to do little to no damage and can proc only once despite the ~6 impact procs being applied so it only has 40% chance to apply slash per affected enemy and not ~6x 40%.
Original poster here, as I can't edit cause I don't have an account; the procs deal 1 damage each
Yeah that makes sense, since the radial attack doesn't do damage and slash damage is based on the damage you deal. If they changed this so they deal a percentage of enemy health as blast damage but kept the impact proc, this would become amazing. Right now, its just a stat stick for mesa.
Relentless combination and Condition overload does benefit from it then
If it did % enemy health as damage it could very well become super overpowered for group clear considering the aoe procs on status kills too, it could cause massive chains of slash procs and aoe blasts deleting large groups of enemies with little effort. With roar or some faction mods it could do slash procs that'd be pretty much guaranteed to kill enemies over its duration.
The impact procs will proc shattering impact on affected enemies.
Shattering impact needs impact DAMAGE not procs
This mod is incredibly good with furax incarnon. Not only is the combo duration helpful and the fire rate good for crit deceleration secondaries like Lek P, the blast proc is free cc on every kill. I repeat, every kill with this *melee* weapon will CC every enemy around you. And i need further testing but I swear it feels each unique blast proc adds to your combo.
Should also mention that the blast proc is a 3rd element for CO that you couldnt get otherwise.
Gotta love how the patch note straight out stated that they saw how players were liking this mod so they changed it in order to make it suck, no sugar coating whatsoever. lol
The intent of the change was part of the crackdown on the launcher weapon meta. There's a fine line between "Wow this mod is unexpectedly popular" and "Turns out this mod is easily abused and we made a mistake introducing it this way."
Ok, I think it works with Hildryn's balefire charger, i started an open world mission and timed how many shots can i fire with no fire rate mods equipped, then repeated with using furax with this mod, and the fire rate noticably improved
Does the fire rate work with mesa ?
I tested this in the simulacrum and it didn't work, so something is bugged there. I haven't tried it in a mission yet though.
It works on mesa in simulacrum for me, but doesn't seem to work on titania
Probably because titania's melee is also replaced
I tested it in mission. It doesn't increase actual rate of fire. The stats increased, but it's false.
AoE users coping
AOE abilities were left untouched and Mesa is an even worse/better aimbot than before depending on how you wanna look at it thanks to Amalgam Furax Body Count changes.
Unsurprisingly people are now resorting to semi camping hallways with weapons with punchthrough.
I'm curious though. How do you play this horde game?
Lmao butthurt from aoe still
Seriously DE?
Well this is useless trash now
Agree.
RIP Furax Statstick in Devstream 163.
Not a stat stick if u use heavy, it oneshots acolytes
Some said it work on Shedu too can someone confirm it?
It does not sadly.
IT'S FINALLY FIXED OH MY GOD
Plz add Scourge prime too thz q
