How to get a sister(of parvos)

So i'm a returning player, and completed the call of the empestrari(or whatever it is called, please have mercy). However, the wiki made me more confused about the way to get a sister, than i initally was. I killed multiple kuva liches, so i'm not 100% unfamiliar with the system

Go to a Corpus ship mission on Pluto (like Acheron), complete the mission at a moderate pace and an NPC should spawn, he's marked with a red marker, kill him.
Dump the "Zenith Granum Crown" into a golden hand statue on the same tileset, kill at least 25 enemies in the fun zone.
Another NPC with a red marker should spawn, shoot, inspect, consider and stab for a sister.
There's a bug that prevents the 2nd type of NPC from spawning if you insert the coin near the end of the mission, keep that in mind.
Basically : do a corpus mission (the best is hydra on neptune or pluto I can't remember), then use a Zenith granum crown to enter the granum void, kill spectres until you reach (I think) the max tier, then the sister candidate should spawn. Then it's like a lich's larvling. You see if you like the weapon and if you do, you kill the candidate, if you don't, you leave it alone.

You don't have to do a high level mission to spawn one. I just do something on venus and go into the granum void (with highest tier coin) using a xoris and clean house. When you come back the sister should spawn within a min or so
Spawning a Sister of Parvos requires you to go to the Corpus Ship tileset (any level range works, as it's only the Granum Void that matters), and enter the Granum Void with a Zenith Granum Crown (the max tier available).
While in the Granum Void, you have to kill at least 25 Specters. After which, provided the Hand of Parvos you used to enter the Void isn't too close to extraction, a Sister Candidate should spawn shortly afterwards, functioning like a Kuva Larvling.
