Love how 2 of the three existing polearm stances use the exact same combo for 3 different inputs...
This stance is so unfinished lmao
Lone tenno why do you keep coming back here
Awful stance
Wrong
Wronger
What is even the difference between this and shimmering blight?
the blocking combo
And the polarity I suppose
Is it better then Blight?
Both suck, Twirling is far stronger.
But if you only want speed and range, Blight is probably the better one of the two due to that ugly helicopter attack
The 2nd attack of the combo hits high, excellent for taking out drones and often gets headshots.
Definitely not worse and way more annoying than Shimmering Blight
Anyone else notice that you swing your polearm backwards when you use this stance? Equip it on something like an Orthos and look at how youre holding your weapon when you finish a swing.
Dropped from a random corrupted MOA on Oxomoco while I was looking for one of Uncle Simaris' sanctuary targets.
Drunkle simaein more like it because of his screaming and the targets screaming when “ captured “.
where i can find it??????????
You can find it in missions.
dab
void missions to be precise
god damn it. plague kripath comes with this naramon polarity so gonna be forced to re-forma just to get the 10 points and use shimmerng blight cause twirling spire changes the quick melee to shit and shimmering blight keeps the quick melee as a quick helicopter spin while you can run at full spd at the same time.
not sure about bleeding willow though if it changes quick melee like twirling or it leaves it original like shimmering
sadly, you don't need to forma, this has the same quick attack as shimmering blight.
Not 100% the same, but it's almost the same
lol there is no quick meelee anymore, enjoy your zaw
Does anyone else think that the combo is super inconsistent and annoying to pull off?
This thing has a really NASTY animation lock on the first attack.
ikr
its really annoying but i modded speed :D
Take off auto aim on melee swings. The basic combos are so easy to control and you can start moving during the swings and it doesn't interrupt the attack.
I like this stance a lot better than Twirling Spire even though Twirling Spire is objectively stronger. Need to kill some mofos standing still? use the normal combo, need to kill a bunch of mofos down a hallway? Use the hold combo. The best part is since the mobility combo is a hold combo, you cant throw yourself off of a cliff by accident.
this is so unintentionally funny
Mofo’s intensifies
looks like a lot of 360 attack, is it?
Think of it as an AoE stance. Especially with the mobility of the second combo paired with either a primed fury or berserker on a polearm zaw... Death may dance merrily, and all the partners in the path are painted red on the grand grave of their demise...... Really great mod, easy combos to pull off... just wish there were more.
Cassowar, is polarized for "Shimmering Blight".
The checklist is incorrect.
Indeed, my testing shows on the charge attack:
no slash proc
no 125% multiplier
Anyone else?
This seems to be patched out or was written wrong from the template writer. The "modern look"-part says it's only 300% and knockdown.
I just tested it with the Guandao, the charge attack doesn't inflict slash proc with this stance.
The stance is infact rapid however the serro is miserably slow however I like the jab at the end of the hold so this is my favourite
Actually tried both stanced and gotta say Shimmering Blight feels much more fluid. Just put it on Orthos and give it to Nekros and you can melee your way through enemies for like 20 minutes while constantly dropping life supports and orbs from desecrate.
This stance is fluid too but depends completely on attack speed. Try using it on a base speed Guandao, it feels terrible to hit any combos because there's a huge pause between button presses. So faster polearm will do better right away
