- For example, a frame with 700 shields and 300 overshields give a
- 30% * floor (700/200) + 15% * floor (300/200) = 105% damage bonus.
- Affects pseudo-exalted abilities such as

Slash Dash,
Shattered Lash, and
Whipclaw.
- Does not affect exalted weapons.
Tips[]
- This arcane goes exceptionally well on
Hildryn, whose high shields can allow Retaliation to get to max with ease, provided she is fitted with the proper shield boosting mods.

@ICHTLAY Very much true, if it did, how would it even calculate it? Tbh that would be interesting but kinda weird, being able to proc such a thing without having any shields. Oh well.

Does it work on Zenistar disc damage?
Any idea if this would boost "all" melee or just melee damage from the zaw as a source, as in would it boost Titania's Razorfly melee damage?
To bad Inaros doesn't fall under the Overshield with his health pool.
2800 shields are needed (without over shields) to cap. This can be easily done with Hildryn with your average shields mods (primed redirection not needed). Styanax and Revenant can also reach 2800+shields with primed redirection and another shied bonus mod such as boreals hatred and with styanaxs over guard and revs mesmer shields they stay relatively intact.
Definitely isn't my own personal choice of words that I'd use but "relatively intact" is most certainly one way to describe being practically unkillable assuming you're not literally falling asleep at your keyboard lmao
This Arcane works on Pseudo Exalted. Pretty damn good paired with the new Primed Redirection.
This arcane has really strong potential specially after the arrival of primed redirection, so for condition overload to surpass its damage boost at cap you will need 6 elements (80% x 6= 480%) on a target in other to do so.
But that being said to reach the cap on a max out arcane you will need 3000 shields which if you are harrow, hildryn or a specific parasitic armor build rhino you are laughing at that number but other wise if its weaker than PPP, i suggest put something else
If your frame can give itself Overshields, like Volt or Mag, it can afford 600 less max shields: 2200.
Though this is inconvenient to max, generally needing two shield mods, with only Primed Redirection Mag can get up to 300% melee damage. This is worth only 4 status effects with Condition Overload, however, so it's probably not worth the opportunity cost of the melee Arcane slot and the mod slot on your Warframe.
I suppose if you Subsume Harrorw + 4 tau Forged Blue + any shield mod it should makes this possible if you you have a frame that has high shield basestat (i.e. Hydroid)
Not often I see Harrow subsume recommended for Shields, with how popular Pillage is〜
