Short answer: Yes.

Long answer: There is no "best" weapon. There are attributes that weapons have that make them preferable for general use (like AoE / Fire Rate + Punch Through) or certain scenarios (like Archon Busting), but for the most part, you can mod most weapons into killing machines.

Specific answer: Hildryn has armor strip, so you really can't go wrong with her. Something that is both AoE and built for raw damage will take her far. At MR 10, I would look towards the Tonkor or Acceltra.

The Tenet Cycron (when properly modded) is one of the best weapons in the game. It's very similar to the Kuva Nukor, but personally I prefer the Cycron due to it being a battery weapon (which means it leaves all the ammo pickups for my primary). It also just feels more satisfying to use.

It's a great weapon to use for any frame!
