Ash Locust Helmet

In the target's chambers sat a middle-aged man with long, handsome mustaches, his eyes sad and kind.

And with him? Dom: in civilian clothes... sharing a glass of aged claret.

Pain cracked through Pilio's brain, the smoke-gem between his eyes flashing hot!

Sudden images of sunlight. Vineyards. A woman's face.

The gem burned as it pushed these images away.

A young man with grand mustaches smiling and saying, "Of all the sons I could have had, I'm glad it was you two."

Pain! Dom leapt to his feet, urging his brother to hear what the target had to say,

but Pilio saw only the scabbed-over divot between Dom's eyes where a black jewel had once rested.

Dom had turned his back on the order. Why? Why had he done this?

The mustachioed man leapt to Dom's defense, snatching his sidearm from beneath his ironwood desk - a foolish mistake.

Ash split into impossible multiples. The man opened fire on the three, before being seized from behind by the fourth.

Ash's illusory clones vanished. The weapon clattered to the polished wooden floor, even as his feet left it, dangling three feet above,

helplesss - those sad, kind eyes locked on Pilio's in a regretful farewell. "Ask the Warframe", Dom said, "He knows exactly why."

Fear filled Pilio's heart. Pilio turned to his idol, that saint of murder. The same question, but this time for Ash: why?

That moment of breathtaking impudence stretched for an eternity. Ash released his grip.

His prisoner flopped to the floor, gasping. With one great hand, Ash reached toward Pilio's face... and sank a vicious talon beneath that midnight jewel.

Pilio screamed. Blood flowed.

The gem flew free with a nauseating pop, cracking against the wall to die in a weak plume of rancid smoke.

Blinding white insight descended upon Pilio DeNas.

Equipping[]

To equip your newly bought or crafted helmet, go into the "Arsenal" page, then click on 'Appearance' tab, the Helmet will be the first item in the section labeled 'Physique'.

Arcane is a discontinued variant that increases maximum energy at the expense of lowering his movement speed.

  • Energy Max +20% (additive)
    • +20 Energy for Ash and Ash Prime
  • Movement Speed -3% (multiplicative)

Unless you are lucky enough to get the (discontinued) Arcane version in a trade, or you are able to imbue it with an Arcane rune from a Trial (Raid).

I don't think so, some more energy is nice, however arcane trickery's 20s invis proc is better IMO. At max rank, Ash Prime will get an extra 30 energy which is enough to cast Bladestorm 1 extra time (at max efficiency) with this helmet. Also movement speed is pretty important although the new Ash Prime is already pretty fast.

there are 2 helmets;normal ones,which is statless and cant be traded, and arcane helmet,which has stats and can be traded

Ok so I found a locust ash helmet blue print on xbox one. I know there's no arcane on xbox one but I bought the aurora frost helmet blue print and to make it you need an arcane frost helmet? Does that mean the arcane ore now on xbox one and can I sell my locust helmet for the same ammout of platnium as on PS4 or Computer?

The helmet bps available in the Market are "Arcane Helmet Conversion BPs". If one has a certain built Arcane Helmet and he/she doesn't its stat changes, he/she can use the said BP to convert the Arcane Helmet into a regular Alternate Helmet. (That's why the blueprints in the Market needs an Arcane version of the helmet.)

Energy goes from 300 to 320 with this equipped.

That's roughly a 7% increase. If it was 20% we would expect it to be 360 energy.

The 20% increase only affects Ash's base energy(100).

20%x100=20

(Maxed Ash and Flow)+(Locust Ash Helmet effect)=300+20=320

Therefore resulting in only 320 energy.

They really need to change the Power system where mods only affect the base power. If my Frame has 150 Power at level 30 that's what should go into calculations not the 100 power he has at level 1.

How much energy will Ash have at max rank? 160(base + (50*1.2)) or 180((base+50)*1.2)? What about Flow mod?
