Notes[]
- May be stacked with
Fortitude for complete immunity to knockdown. Another option is the
Vaykor Sydon which provides additional 50% knockdown resistance when wielded. - Includes resistance from Shield Lancer's shield attack, Scorpion's tether attack, Ancient's charge attack and tether attack, Corpus Laser Barriers, Bombard rocket explosions and Arson / Caustic Eximus' fire blasts.
- Despite being knockdown resistance, it also provides resistance to Volatile Runner's explosions which stagger the player, rather than knocking down the player.
- A Primed version of this mod,
Primed Sure Footed, is a Daily Tribute reward available at 400, 600, and 900 logins. When maximized, will resist all knockdowns (100% resistance).

Hi, is it possible to add an interlanguage link ? https://warframe.fandom.com/fr/wiki/Bien_Chauss%C3%A9
Here is the french equivalent. Some mods are properly linked but not this one, idk if it's the right place to ask but I figured I should try anyway
One percent drop chance in the circuit. ~6700 specific enemy kills. Or... 10p in the market.
I didnt know this thing was super rare, got it after 700 in-game hour (not included afk at menu/relay)
As of today i have exactly 702 in game hours, and i have 4 of these mods, all of which probably came from the circuit.
So still no official entry on the page as to where this potentially can drop from?
It's under the Drop Locations section. Are using the wiki on desktop or mobile browser?
The "Max Rank Description" section of the modbox on this page incorrectly reads "+90% chance to resist knockdown," even though you can see literally right above it in the picture of the mod at max rank that the description is "+60% chance to resist knockdown." I tried to edit it to correct the error, but for some reason that specific field within the 'modbox' doesn't seem to have a way to edit it.
Added a link to where we store mod data in the infobox so you can now edit it, thanks.
I like how u dont give information about how to get this mod , primo work
Thanks for giving me hope anon, but I do agree with OP that we need an explicit Acquisition section for mods for consistency and accessibility.
^ or just read and not be braindead
Some stuff around the wiki is not really user-friendly and is hidden behind collapsibles and tabbers. This is especially an issue on mobile so we still have some work to improve the UX.
Dude, it's a community-driven platform, which means, that people, who maintain this Wiki, do so voluntarily and don't get paid to do anything so no one owes you anything. More than that, the page DOES have info on acquisition of the mod. Damn, people these days get stuff done for them by others for free and actually feel entitled to demand something or mock those helping them for not being excellent at what they do. Thanks for coming to my TED talk btw.
Funny how this is harder to obtain than the prime version
Doesn't stop Yareli falling off her skateboard :(
40% got u lol
Lol
This no longer has a blocking animation or any interruption at all on a successful roll AFAICT. So...
This animation will briefly halt any player movement, but will not interrupt other actions such as reloading or firing.
...and...
Should be noted that your Warframe will still have to "block" the source of the knockdown effect, a 1-2 second animation. This isn't immunity like Atlas' Passive or Rhino's Iron Skin.
..can be removed.
I've updated the page to reflect this information, thanks.

Lmao
The elite shield lancer seems like an anomaly on the drop table... Are they really the only non-Bombard enemy that drops this, with 14 times the odds?
Apparently yes, it checks out with the official drop table...
Doesn't seem to work with self-stagger unless you ahve cautious shot on your explosive weapon
Actually, you need Cautious Shot OFF your weapon, instead max out KD-resistance (anti-KD includes anti-stagger) to 100% on Frame mods. Ideally, Prime Sure Footed. But I don't have that yet, so I have Sure Footed + Power Drift + Fortitude. I never ever get staggered.
Essentially, all of those anti-KD frame mods are additive. But for some reason, Cautious Shot is not additive to your total knockdown/stagger resitsance, it's some calculation we don't know. Or some conflict in the script. (Is Cautious Shot the same "type" of mod as the others? Do anti-stagger mods use a different script than pre-existing anti-KD mods?
Who knows? But I mainly did this so I could Shedu without bugs. Because actually it wasn't the Shedu that was causing bugs. I was playing with concealed explosives Hikou and shot them at my feet, with anemic agility + lethal torrent... Perhaps the code isn't optimized (I forget the term) to the point where there are constant staggers. Either way, as long as I never get staggered I am Concealed Exploisves and Shedu BUG free.
Hold that thought. I think I found something in the patch notes of 27.2:
We are getting rid of Self Damage and replacing it with something else: instead of Self Damage, it’s now ‘Stagger’...
...The degrees of Self-Interrupt start with a small stumble all the way to full knockdown depending on how close you are to the center of explosion.
..............
Now, "Stagger" in Warframe has never ramped towards a knockdown. It still doesn't, in terms of Staggering enemies.
And then consider the term I bolded - Self-Interrupt. In other words, self-staggering may not be related ot how "regular" staggering works. It's likely that self-stagger is actually a separate mechanic that is in-house named "Self-Interrupt."
Things get even weirder if you think about it - Sure Footed/Fortitude/Power Drift - they were (originally) coded for resisting enemies or mechanics staggering you. Now, if you look at Cautious Shot - Cautious Shot prevents staggering yourself. It prevents "Self-Interrupt" from happening. However, Cautious Shot does NOTHING against enemies that Stagger you.
So there is a perverse mixup of inbred cousin codes. Because it really looks like "Self-Stagger" has zero to do with the Stagger mechanic, intsead bringing in a separate mechanic of "Self-Interrupt."
And that's just the beginning. This Self-Interrupt has stages of progression - Throw concealed explosives at your feet and you'll notice you'll go from staggering to eventually knocked down. Based on all this, it's actually questionable whether Knockdown from Self-Interrupt inherents from existing superclass... Or if Knockdown from Self-Interrupt distinctly separate from "Regular" Knockdown.
Coding is fun. That's I stopped
After some testing I can confirm it had it's animation removed like Primed Sure Footed, it's now a pretty decent mod while you wait for it's primed version.
Wanted to try a melee Saryn build, I’m running this with Adap and steel fiber for arbies and its working rlly good. With Lesion’s 85percent damage block I can just twerk for a group of ancients and they don’t do any damage. I don’t even have rolling guard equipped anymore lol. Put healing return and condition overload on and you legit don’t see your health bar drop until about 45 minutes. Toxic lash makes up for the damage loss but Indidn’t feel a wall really at all so I never cast it.
you've finally awoke to the powers of saryn tenno
Adaptation, healing return, steel fiber, rolling guard on SARYN??? Never seen so many incorrect mods put into one frame. Daikyou + 1 amalgam into it and nikana makes saryn unkillable...And that's just 1 of a few ways to make her tough.
So since it does a blocking animation, would that mean all damage from that direction is also reduced as well as the knockdown/ stagger? Someone should test that, cause that would make this mod a hell of a lot better.
Incoming Primed Version as 900 day login
They must be out of their goddamn minds to prime a mod such as this!
Primed sure footed is okay, I would personally rather it over using 3 mods to prevent knockdown. Not all builds have to be based on powers. Sometimes I use just pure face tank builds where primed sure footed would shine.
^ Or you could just use a single mod called Handspring.
^ Which makes no sense in this content, since Handspring first takes longer you to recover, secondly, you don't have a brief knockdown/stagger immunity while using it.
Primed Sure Footed negates knockdown and stagger effects for a brief "block animation" locking, which is overall faster than the handspring trigger animation. Btw. you can also, if timed correctly, recover from a knockdown with a fast backflip while in motion, so you won't land on your ass.
I’m putting this on my atlas
Quite good on Nezha too.
rhino and ne zha already give you immunity to knockdowns with their 2 ability...
it works good on anything. If you dont want to get knocked down. Its good. Period
/r/whoosh
No fucking way the 900 day login reward is gonna be a primed version of this? DE has to be kidding!!
Fuck them is it's true, seriously!!
Honestly why not? If its something good people complain they will never get it, if its bad, they complain its not worth it. So whatever DE does people will get mad
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
They wouldn't be complaining they'd never get it for long considering that DE said they'd change daily tributes eventually, so this is still a total waste.
to follow up on that. if its good people will complain about powercreep. if its not people will complain its trash. welcome to the split of the community were people will ALWAYS get upset (I mean come on...a guy made a rage post on the forums beause he could color his supra V and he didnt like that)
Please do not fetishize DE
Lol, this just dropped from a random Plague Star run :D
0.01% droprate? Okay.
yeah that seems like more drunken Canadian math.. I've managed to get 4 of these turds to drop in the last year or so.
ive gotten 1, in 3 years
