For what OS? The built-in Windows 8 Alarms app is pretty neat.
yeah and under windows 11 if you change the sound it breaks the app and when alarm goes off it's silent

I have looked and looked, found great ones (but I'm too picky about how interfaces look). Finally found this, stopped looking.
AlarmDroid, been using it for about two years now, it's never failed.
AFAIK that's an Android alarm app, not a pc one :P I've used AIMP (music player with alarm option, pretty cool to wake up to the sounds of some online radio).
