What frames pair well with precision intensify?

So far I've used it on styanax for more damage and overguard per hit as well as sevagoth just so that his shadow gets a mini version of blind rage without sacrificing much efficiency and running into energy problems. What other warframes can benefit from thus mod

Xaku to hit 100% slow

I used it on Voruna. It just made big damage even bigger.
Exactly how I use it. I ran the numbers in a spreadsheet and it can help provide some juicy numbers. Run molt augmented and empower and you can get some insane damage on Ulfrun descent.
So far i only use it on Nekros to get the maximum DMGreduction on Shield of Shadows
I've tried it on Titania but so far i just did a quick test in simulacrum
In general that mod should be okay for anyframe wich just hardfocused on their ultimate
thought of Ash, but i use him with Savage Silence < need to do some number crunching
Banshee soundquake build?? < only ever used that for CC not DMG
Baruuk, Lavos, Ivara, Mesa, Valkyr, Volt.... these frames could work; i think they're not overly relient on strenght in the their other abilities - but that heavily depends on the build

Frost. Unless you use a strength based helminth, the only ability he have that really need strength is his 4. Bubble health scale on strength as well but in steel path it will go down immediately anyway, so no need to worry about it

Nova would also be good. To hit max slow. Without resorting to Blind Rage or Transient Fortitude. This also frees up an Arcane Slot if you run Molt Augmented.
Definitely lavos. His entire kit focuses on his 4th doing high damage
