- Ability Strength increase also applies to the effects of Warframe Augment Mods for the 4th Warframe Ability, if the augment has effects that are boosted by ability strength.
- Ability Strength increase applies to Helminth abilities that are injected into a Warframe, as long as they are in the 4th slot - it is not limited to only a Warframe's original 4th ability.
- Precision Intensify's Ability Strength bonus is applied conditionally, so it affects abilities such as Mesa's Peacemaker differently.

As of Hotfix 35.6.1 (dont know if before) this does not work properly on artemis bow & dex pixia
Found a use for precision intensify on Nova. She only needs rank 2 precision intensify to reach 75% slow on her 4. Only takes up 8 mod capacity and the polarity matches nova's default polarities.

Mesa's Regulator pistols inflict 50 damage per shot, with a damage multiplier of 1.00x / 1.15x / 1.33x / 1.50x.
This buff is applied twice, additively with each other.
Each buff stacks additively with Damage mods, such as Hornet Strike.
One buff instance is not affected by Conditional Ability Strength Bonuses, such as Growing Power, Energy Conversion, Pax Bolt, Parasitic Link, Peaceful Provocation, and Empower.
Damage Multiplier = 1 + 1.5 ⋅ ( 1 + Non-Conditional Strength Bonuses + Conditional Strength Bonuses ) + 1.5 ⋅ ( 1 + Non-Conditional Strength Bonuses ) + Damage Mods = 1 + 1.5 ⋅ ( 2 + 2 ⋅ Non-Conditional Strength Bonuses + Conditional Strength Bonuses ) + Damage Mods
Precision Intensify is a poor choice for Mesa for this reason. It only increases one of the buffs, not both. A non-conditional strength mod would increase both of the buffs.
Is there list for abilities that don't apply conditional ability strength
You say it's a poor choice for mesa because it's applied once, but both buffs are applied additively meaning that 90% from precision intensify will still be better than 2x44% from umbral intensify, unless of course you are using other umbral mods.
I don't think that's true, as each type of buff is also multiplied by 1.5, meaning Umbral Intensify applies twice *and* each one gets 1.5x. It seems to work out better to me, but it's possible I'm not calculating right — I always fine the way the wiki lays out the calculations to be unnecessarily verbose to the point they become hard to follow.
Either way, Mesa usually puts Pillage in the first slot, which also wants ability strength.
According to the Drop tables, it drops from the fragmented Suzerain specifically, so rather than making players think its any of them could it please be updated to reflect that? would do it meself but smooth brain cant figure figure out how to edit the table without fuckin something up
The official drop tables only list he Fragmented Suzerain (as does the codex), and nothing for the other variants. But the other variants definitely drop the same arcanes and at least some of the mods [1], so it seems reasonable to assume that they all share a common drop table.
[1]I can't say I've specifically noted Precision Intensify, but the mod drop chances are pretty low. I have seen Shivering Contagion drop from multiple forms.

What does it mean "applied conditionally"? How many other abilities are like this?
Titania for example. It only applies to your augment if u have it (fire rate/speed) and drone damage. No effect on Dex pixia total damage. Kinda sucks tbh.

Why you just don't use growing power?
Slow nova gets a much higher damage multiplier, so at high levels she's still extremely relevant.
Pretty sure the damage multiplier is fixed at 2x on Nova's primed targets regardless of strength. That said, at higher levels the explosion damage scaling does benefit from some of the weird programming that lets things like the Incarnon's Devastating Attrition spread damage, so for things like that you can definitely get mileage out of a slowva with Precision Intensify.
Growing power only increases strength by 25% and this increases by 30% and is always active and affects not only your allies but also stuff like necramechs and specters, I always have it on on all my nova builds

This thing works with helminth abilities, it goes crazy on my Roar wisp
The fact it only buffs your 4th ability with power strength and takes up the slot of any other intensify mod, really makes this a niche at best mod. Sure there are warframes that love that much power strength on their 4th ability because they don't really need or use their other abilities that much, excalibur and baruuk come to mind, but over all losing out on 30%-44% on all abilities over 90% on one ability is imo not worth it to use besides 3-4/55 frames (counting primes and base as the same frame for the example)
This mod is niche, yes, but it is amazing at that. There are strength thresholds you want to hit for certain abilities and when you only have one mod slot left, you can't get there any other way. I agree, you would not put this on Gyre or Wisp in the example you mentioned, but there are other uses for it and totally worth it. It saves me having to use a strength arcane and some shards, or make big sacrifices, where my build isn't as good.
I calculated the total dps output for Valkyr Claws with Roar from Helminth and her original Warcry. I calculated with Umbral Intensify against Precision Intensify. You deal like 40% more total DPS with Precision Intensify than with Umbral Intensify.
Nope, i did a huge mistake. Umbral does ike 10% more DPS.
Use blind rage and this mod and get 299 ability strength on your 4rth
So far it seems like mostly Mesa and Frost benefit from this mod.
Tested right now and with Intensify 30% my Dex Pixias do 3.5K damage, as with Precision Intensify's 90% they show 2.7k. Will still test in-game to see for myself.
I can confirm it works as intended on titania. I tested it without intensify(120 power strength 20 from shards) I dealt 135 damage, with intensify 169 damage and with precision intensify it deals 237 damage.
Styanax benefits incredibly from this mod, with final stand's augment. 65k overguard with my build with r4 molt augmented.
It should be good on Lavos, since his other abilities dont deal all that much damage and used for applying status effects

I don't think it works on her, testing doesn't change her stats at all, it seems like it doesn't stack
So also testing, this is worded weird but it works for your 4 ability, not your 4th cast ability, which is good for exhalteds
So this only works for your 4, not 4th casted but it does turn Protea into a Nuker, I can reach 15mil with no modded Power Strength on her in SP

Just tested that, and the answer appears to be 'yes'. Tested in simulacrum using frost's 4th augment, and both the overguard per target and overguard cap were increased by the expected amount.
I thought this was a nice addition on my Enraged Vaklitty build to melt the fragmented boss during the event but turns out a simple Laetum without arcana is still stronger
