Lore
- Main article: The Silver Grove
Silvana was an Orokin-era researcher from Earth who wished to save her dying planet. She was recruited by Margulis to assist in Transference research, but the dream in working with her childhood hero turned into a nightmare as Ballas warped the project into creating Warframes for the sole purpose of destruction. Thus, Titania was born, a killer made by a healer.
Hateful at her own creation, Silvana defected and stowed away on Earth-bound cargo, having stolen Apothics and slapdash Somatics with the intention to revive her planet. Seeding a mighty forest that would become the Silver Grove, Silvana then used her Transference knowledge to successfully and permanently bond with the forest itself.
When the Orokin found out of her defection, a battalion of Dax soldiers was dispatched to bring ruin to her forest. As the trees set ablaze, Silvana sensed a familiar presence: an unseen pixie that proceeded to slay the soldiers, Titania. The Warframe had given her own life to protect the woman who hated her the most.
In the present day, New Loka anoints the Silver Grove as their shrine. Desiring to protect the forest from Grineer, New Loka's leader Amaryn hires the Tenno to craft the Apothic given to them by the forest itself to awaken its ancient defenses. The Apothic blueprints also contain voice imprints of Silvana which details her logs, which horrifies Amaryn as she learns that the Silver Grove is not a pure sanctuary but an "Orokin poison". While anointing the Apothic, Silvana's disembodied voice awakens and initially mistakes the Tenno for an intruder until she gains enough clarity and sees them as a protector like Titania was. Amaryn, realizing that New Loka shares Silvana's ideals in spite of the Grove's artificial nature, sees that her syndicate change their dogmatic beliefs and swears that Titania will fly again.
Trivia
- Titania is portrayed as Queen of the Fairies in William Shakespeare's play A Midsummer Night's Dream, in which she is wife to Oberon, King of the Fairies. It is worth noting that while Oberon existed long before Shakespeare's play, Titania was created specifically for it.
- Titania shares her name with a mission node on Uranus, which in turn corresponds to one of Uranus' moons in real life.
- In Razorwing mode, the name of Titania's melee weapon is Diwata, which is a Filipino word that historically refers to spirits that reside in the forests, but in contemporary usage typically refers to fairies or elves.
- Throughout The Silver Grove and promotional materials, Titania's name is pronounced "Tie-TAY-nia" (/taɪˈteɪniə/, the same pronunciation as the chemical substance Titania) as opposed to its Shakespearean pronunciation "Tih-TAN-ya" (/tɪˈtɑːniə/), which is deemed the correct pronunciation by the Oxford dictionary.
- Titania's alternate helmet Mab refers to William Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet, in which Mercutio speaks of Queen Mab, a fairy that enchants humans with dreams of their greatest desires.
- Titania was the first Warframe that required
Tellurium to build.
- The Lotus' final remark of "but don't take my word for it, Tenno" in the intro video is a reference to Reading Rainbow, in which the host LeVar Burton would use the line as a catchphrase near the end of each episode.
- Titania is the only Warframe to have two Exalted Weapons, while others have only one.
- Titania was the first Warframe that could go airborne via a channeled ability,
Razorwing, followed by
Hildryn.
- Prior to Hotfix 24.5.5 (2019-03-25), channeling Razorwing was not considered by the game to be properly airborne and could not benefit from
Agility Drift or
Aviator.
- Prior to Hotfix 24.5.5 (2019-03-25), channeling Razorwing was not considered by the game to be properly airborne and could not benefit from
- True to her theme as a nimble faerie, Titania is a notably short Warframe, her otherwise imposing form helped by her ability to remain afloat with her signature animation sets.

Notes
- Titania Prime, compared to
Titania:
- As with any other Prime Warframe, moving close to the location of an Orokin Void Death Orb will restore a pulse of 250 Energy to nearby allies, even if that Death Orb is inactive, destroyed, or non-present. This effect can only occur once per orb.
- In
Razorwing mode, Titania Prime features an additional pair of astral wings on her upper back, giving her a set of 4 wings like real butterflies.
Trivia
- Fitting with her fairy theme, Titania Prime floats above ground when walking and sprinting. This trait is not present in her original, non-primed variant.
- Titania Prime is the second Warframe to have custom walk and sprint animations, the first being
Wisp.
- Titania Prime is the fourth Warframe to have custom rolling animations, after
Limbo,
Hildryn, and
Wisp.
- However, Titania Prime still uses default animations (walking and using her feet) when crouching, aiming her gun, wielding an Archgun in ground combat, or extracting from a mission.
- Titania Prime is the second Warframe to have custom walk and sprint animations, the first being
- Titania Prime is the seventh Primed Warframe whose non-primed variant was unlockable through a quest (The Silver Grove), after
Atlas,
Mirage,
Limbo and
Chroma.

Abilities
Info
- Titania expends
25 energy to scatter enchanted dust in a
1 / 3 / 3 / 5 meter radius around the location she aims at, up to
20 / 30 / 40 / 50 meters away. Enemies within this area are
Disarmed and
Ragdolled as they weightlessly float in mid-air for
10 / 12 / 14 / 16 seconds. Titania and her allies caught within the dust cloud are cleansed from Status Effects and gain immunity to them for the duration of the ability. Holding down the ability key (default 1 ) casts the ability centered on Titania.
- Cast animation of 1 second is affected by Casting Speed.
- Can be cast while moving, but will interrupt other actions such as reloading, charging or shooting.
- Status immunity also protects from crowd control effects such as
Knockdown and
Stagger, including the lock-out animation of Archwing and
Razorwing when impacting a surface.
- Cast animation of 1 second is affected by Casting Speed.
- After Spellbind expires, enemies previously armed with weapons cannot attack until they retrieve their weapons on the ground. Those that do not use weapons (such as the Infested) will recover quickly.
- Spellbound allies and enemies emit unique particle effects:
- Enemies visually emit energy butterflies fluttering about and an upward stream of energy stripes, both affected by Titania's energy colors.
- Allies visually emit energy butterflies fluttering about, affected by their own energy colors.
- Spellbind can be aimed at any surface, but will only allow you to use it if an enemy is within the predicted area of effect.
- Subsuming Titania to the Helminth will offer Spellbind and its augments to be used by other Warframes.
Augment
- Main article: Spellbound Harvest
Spellbound Harvest is a Warframe Augment Mod for Titania which lets her regain Energy and increases the next cast's Ability Range when hitting at least 4 enemies with

Tips & Tricks
- The status immunity granted by Spellbind also prevents Titania from being staggered when hitting surfaces in Razorwing. Holding the button down to activate Spellbind on yourself can be really helpful when flying through tight spaces.

6 / 8 / 10 / 12 seconds. The target also leaves behind an offering for 15 seconds to be collected by Titania.
- Cast animation of 1 second is affected by Casting Speed.
- A special cyclic display located above Titania's weapon stats in the HUD will show the currently selected buff and shows timers for each buff's active duration.
- The offering extracted is left in place near the location where the target got hit by Tribute and appears as a shadow replica of the enemy. If Titania picks it up by touching it, she is granted the respective buff chosen before cast. These buffs are auras that last for 120 seconds and have a radius of 35 meters around Titania. Picking up an offering of an already active buff will refresh its duration. All four buffs can be active at once. The following buffs are available:
- The Thorns buff aura grants 50% damage reduction and reflects 50% of the damage taken back to the attacker.
- Allies affected visually emit energy butterflies, affected by Titania's energy colors.
- Defense Objects do not benefit from Thorns.
- Enemies affected visually emit energy butterflies, affected by Titania's energy colors.

- Companions affected visually emit energy butterflies, affected by Titania's energy colors.

- Enemies affected visually emit energy butterflies, affected by Titania's energy colors.
- Ability Synergy:
Razorwing spawns an extra Razorfly for each Tribute buff currently active, up to 4 extra Razorflies to a maximum of 10.
- While in Razorwing, Titania can respawn these Razorflies by picking up the corresponding offerings.
- Razorflies will fly to and pick up Tribute offerings for Titania.
- Offerings created by Tribute display a symbol above them that denotes the aura they bestow.
- The color of the offerings and their symbols are affected by Titania's energy colors.
Tips & Tricks
- Since offerings sometimes tend to drift upwards, it is more convenient to use the ability while close to the target.
Bugs
- The offering pickup will often fly off into the skybox, becoming unreachable. This generally bypasses any roofs/overhangs when it happens, although not always.
- Holding "move backwards" while activating the ability seems to minimize the chances of this bug occurring.

Info
- Titania expends
75 energy to infuse an enemy with mesmerising light from up to
15 / 20 / 25 / 25 meters away, causing it to hover in place with a swarm of razorflies. The Lantern source becomes Invulnerable and unable to move or attack for

200 / 250 / 300 / 350
Heat damage every second. Titania can have up to 4 Lanterns active at once.
- Cast animation of 1.3 seconds is affected by Casting Speed.
- All damage prevented by the invulnerable enemy target are stored and dealt in full when the ability ends.
- Upon deactivation by holding the ability key (default 3 ), expiration or being dispelled, all active Lanterns will explode, dealing
1,000 / 1,500 / 2,000 / 2,500
Heat damage to the source enemies and all enemies within
5 / 6 / 7 / 8 meters.
- Damage diminishes with distance.
- If the target dies before Titania finishes her casting animation, energy used for Lantern will be refunded.
- Enemies trapped by Lantern become allied to the player.
- Trapped enemies do count toward mission progression (e.g. Defense). They must be slain (by deactivating the ability or its ability duration ended) to progress.
Augment
- Main article: Beguiling Lantern
Beguiling Lantern is a Warframe Augment Mod for Titania that grants 100% weapon damage against enemies attracted to
Lantern.
Tips & Tricks
- While the crowd control aspect is somewhat tricky, Lantern can be utilized as an offensive ability by rapidly skipping to the detonation in crowded areas.
- If the target was an Ancient, the explosion will always hit its protective crown.
- While their Hyekka Master is affected by Lantern, Hyekkas summoned earlier become allies of the player and will attack other enemies. However, they can still be attacked and damaged by players.
- The pacification range is affected by mods, but enemies will rush to the lantern from extremely far beyond this range, even through line of sight, as long as they aren't currently fighting something else. So if the Lantern is placed where no players or friendly NPCs are located, then even with minimized Ability Range enemies will willing run into pacification range of the lantern.
- If the target passes into a Nullifier Crewman's bubble, Lantern will not be dispelled.
Bugs
- Certain enemies, most notably Regulators and Sensor Regulators, will not be affected by the ability, but the cast animation will still play. (energy is not refunded)
- If the target is an Ancient Healer its aura will be applied to the player.

Info
- Titania shrinks down to a quarter of her original size, becoming a flying pixie. In this form, Titania permanently remains in mid-air, gaining vertical and horizontal flight capabilities using the movement (W A S D ), crouch (Ctrl ), jump (Spacebar ), and blink (Shift ) hotkeys, similar to Archwing Maneuvers but without terrain collision damage. Additionally, Titania passively gains 50% evasion and a 10 meter
Vacuum-like pickup radius. In Razorwing, Titania flies at 10 m/s and sprints at 20 m/s.
- Instead of all her normal weapons, Titania wields two proprietary Razorwing Exalted Weapons: the
Dex Pixia dual machine pistols and the
Diwata heavy sword.
- Weapons are affected by and can trigger Warframe Arcanes and Exodia Arcanes.
- Both weapons can damage enemies across the Rift Plane, although Diwata's auto-targeting doesn't work across planes.
- Titania does not have a primary weapon while Razorwing is active.
- Dex Pixia has its own unique statistics.
- Base damage is
50 / 80 / 120 / 160 per hit.
- Base damage distribution is 10%
Impact, 10%
Puncture, and 80%
Slash.
- Has a Fire Rate of 5.83 shots per second with a 60 round magazine. When not firing, the clip will automatically regenerate 50 shots per second after a 0.3 second delay.
- Dex Pixia has 2.0x critical multiplier, 10% critical chance, and 25% status chance.
- Damage is affected by
Ability Strength and most secondary weapon mods.
- For example, with

- Attack Speed of 2.0 times per second.
- Drones have 2.0x critical multiplier, 20% critical chance, and 00% status chance.
- Razorfly damage is affected by
Ability Strength and certain mods equipped on Diwata.
- Razorflies also have a dramatically increased Threat Level, allowing them to draw enemy fire and attention away from Titania's team.
- Razorflies can be killed by enemy fire, and can only be replenished by recasting Razorwing.
- Titania's kills during Razorwing will restore health to her Razorflies.
- Razorflies can trigger Warframe Arcanes that require a headshot, such as
Arcane Precision, if they hit enemies in the head.
- Razorflies cannot damage enemies across the Rift Plane.
- Damage distribution is 10%
- Razorwing consumes
25 energy to activate, then consumes

- Titania cannot replenish energy using
Energy Vampire,
Rally Point, Rift Plane's innate energy regeneration, Squad Energy Restores,
Energy Siphon,
Energy Nexus,
Dreamer's Bond, and/or
Wellspring while Razorwing is active.
- Energy Orbs, Orokin Void Death Orb's energy restores,
Rage,
Hunter Adrenaline,

Emergence Dissipate's Energy Motes can still replenish Titania's energy while in Razorwing.
- Razorwing's energy drain is not converted into shields by Augur Mods.

Spellbind's status immunity negates the stagger from "crashing" into surfaces.
- Razorwing spawns an extra Razorfly for each

- While in Razorwing, Titania can respawn these Razorflies by picking up the corresponding offerings.
- Razorflies will fly to and pick up Tribute offerings for Titania.
- While Razorwing is active, Titania can move around freely while casting her other abilities. She can also use most items from her gear, and equipped gear items' sizes will also be shrunk to her scale. Deployed gear items will still retain their original sizes.
- Kills done by Titania with Razorwing active count towards the "From on High" (Kill 100 enemies in Archwing form on the Plains of Eidolon) challenge.
- On the other hand, Razorwing is not considered an Archwing for Riven Mod challenges.
- Titania is unable to accomplish any action that requires the Use key (default X ) while Razorwing is active, thus cannot interact with consoles, pick up carriables such as datamasses, or revive allies from bleedout.
- Titania can pick up carriables before activating Razorwing, but is not able to use them until she deactivates the ability.
- The Operator can still be used while in Razorwing, and be able to do these actions without deactivating the ability. However, energy drain and countdowns on buffs like
Razorwing Blitz will still continue while in Operator mode.
- Companions disappear when activating Razorwing and will come back once the ability is deactivated. Similar to Archwing,
Animal Instinct and
Primed Animal Instinct will still apply.
Reinforced Bond and
Tenacious Bond's buffs will continue to affect Titania while in Razorwing, if the conditions are met on the companion.
- Companions will not regenerate shields while Titania is in Razorwing.
- If Titania enters Razorwing while a companion is downed, the companion recovery timer will continue to count up. The gauge will pause at 100%, and the companion will not revive until Titania exits Razorwing. Effects that shorten the companion recovery timer such as
Aerial Bond will work as normal while in Razorwing.
Weapons
- Main article: Dex Pixia
The Dex Pixia are Titania's and
Titania Prime's signature dual pistols, summoned by activating the ability
Razorwing.
- This weapon deals primarily
Slash damage.
Advantages
- Very high status chance.
- Decent fire rate.
- Adequate magazine size.
- Does not use ammo pickups; ammo regenerates over time.
- Has a 0.3-second delay after the weapon stops firing before regenerating ammo.
- Regenerates 50 ammo per second; takes 1.2 seconds to regenerate a fully depleted magazine.
- Has a 0.3-second delay after the weapon stops firing before regenerating ammo.
- Innate two
and one
polarities.
Disadvantages
- Main article: Diwata
The Diwata is Titania's and
Titania Prime's signature heavy blade, summoned by activating the ability
Razorwing.
- This weapon deals primarily
Puncture damage.
- Innate two
and one
polarities.
Advantages
- High critical chance.
- Above average attack speed.
Disadvantages
Augment
- Main article: Razorwing Blitz
Razorwing Blitz is a Warframe Augment Mod for Titania's
Razorwing, which boosts the speed of some Warframe and weapon actions when an Ability is cast while the former is channeled.
Tips & Tricks
- Razorwing greatly improves Titania's survivability:
- Titania presents a smaller target profile with Razorwing active, making it more difficult for enemies to hit her.
- Razorwing's innate evasion allows Titania to avoid shots.
- Razorflies have increased threat rating, drawing aggro away from Titania.
- The fact that Titania is airborne with Razorwing also allows her to fully avoid taking damage from certain enemies, such as melee enemies and Nox's toxin cloud.
- Equipping
Agility Drift and
Aviator can provide even higher survivability, especially against high level enemies.
- Dex Pixia has a high rate of fire which allows Titania to deal a lot of damage in a short amount of time. They are also fully capable of triggering
Arcane Pistoleer, frequently allowing for up to 12 second bursts of unlimited fire.
- Casting the ability while in the air will shave off about 0.3 seconds of the animation, the part where she lifts off of the ground, since she is already in the air.
- When trying to decide between equipping
Growing Power or
Pistol Amp, Growing Power increases Dex Pixia's base damage before secondary weapon mods are considered, and Pistol Amp increases Dex Pixia's base damage as if it was a secondary weapon mod (e.g.,
Hornet Strike). This means that Growing Power's 25% ability strength increase is the better choice accompanying weaker ability strength bonuses and stronger secondary weapon damage bonuses while Pistol Amp's 27% damage increase is the better choice with stronger ability damage bonuses and weaker secondary weapon damage bonuses.
- When trying to decide between equipping
Growing Power or
Steel Charge, Growing Power increases Diwata's base damage before melee weapon mods, and Steel Charge increases Diwata's base damage as if it was a melee weapon mod. Despite this advantage for Growing Power, its 25% ability strength increase is inferior to Steel Charge's 60% damage increase in most situations.
- Titania will drop a datamass or lantern when razorwing is invoked.
Bugs
- While in the Simulacrum, using the Helminth ability Empower or
Energy Conversion before activating
Razorwing does not increase the damage of
Dex Pixia as opposed to other strength mods, despite showing otherwise in the 'Abilities' section.
- Tennokai mods can be installed on Diwata but cannot be activated as Diwata does not have a Heavy Attack.
- Titania can summon archwing weapons when you are close to the ground.
- Titania can use normal weapon if the connection has a large ping.
- If you fly to the roof of a tile and then switch into operator mode and back into razorwing relatively quickly you can glitch out of the map.
- This was 'fixed' in Update 29.0.8, it is still possible in further updates but requires significantly more precision.
- If you equip Conservation tools or a Fishing spear, you can interact with relative normalcy, excluding hacking and carrying power cells or datamasses or their equivalents (you'll pick them up, but after it puts them at your hand's position, it won't let you hold them).
- This bug is a possible trigger condition for another; should you vanquish a Kuva Lich while in Archwing mode, you switch to the secondary equipped in your loadout, rather than Dex Pixia. This is only possible if you've used another bug to allow you to interact.
- There are some cases where after voiding out, as operator or while in Razorwing mode, you will become normal size and the ability icon for Razorwing will show that you have 6 razorflies, this is only visual.

Update 34.0 (2023-10-18)
- Base vs Final Stats in Modding - Health / Energy / Shield / Armor Stat Overhaul
If you’ve spent any time invested in the deeper nuances of Modding, you may be familiar with “Warframe Math” - math that upon first glance doesn’t really make sense, but once you learn the inner workings of the game, it all comes together. While we can appreciate the value that complex systems offer to a certain subsect of players, there are other aspects of the game that should have clear and understandable outcomes. Namely: Shield, Health, Energy, and Armor Modding.
Pop quiz: what is 300 + 440%? If you answered 740, you may just be an Excalibur player.
Vitality (+440% Heath), Redirection (+440% Shields), Flow (+150% Energy), and Steel Fiber (+110% Armor) come with large modifier values that don’t seem to match their outcome in-game. This is because these Mods apply their multiplier to the base stats of the Warframe - i.e., the stats you have at Rank 0. In the Excalibur example, a Rank 30 Excalibur’s Health stat of 300 earns an additional 440 Health from max rank Vitality (+440% Heath) since it applies to his base rank Health stat of 100, resulting in 740 total health.
In this update, we have removed this obfuscation by having Health, Shield, Energy, and Armor Mods apply to the stats of Warframes at their current rank. Continuing our Excalibur example, instead of Vitality always applying to Excalibur’s base rank 100 Health, it would apply to his Health stat based on his rank - namely, the stat you can actually see in your Arsenal. If your Excalibur were Rank 30, his Health stat would be 300, which means Vitality’s multiplier would be calculated off of 300.
With previous Health and Mod values, additional adjustments are needed to make this revision work while maintaining game balance. By only changing where the multiplier applies, a Rank 30 Excalibur would receive an extra 1,320 Health from max rank Vitality, resulting in a total health stat of 1,600. This outcome is a significant buff, which is not the intention of this system change.
To remedy this, we approached this problem in two ways:
1 - We reduced the overall multiplier for Health, Shield, Energy, and Armor Mods.
Since these now affect Max Rank Warframe stats, these Mods need to scale differently to maintain the status quo. Additionally, we wanted these new values to be as clear and understandable to all players as possible! Here are a few examples of these value changes:
- Vitality: Reduced from +440% to +100% Health
- Redirection: Reduced from +440% to +100% Shield Capacity
- Steel Fiber: Reduced from +110% to +100% Armor
- Flow: Reduced from +150% to +100% Energy Max
Note: These are not all of the Mods affected by this change. We share the comprehensive list further down in this section of the update notes.
Doing some quick math, this means that a Rank 30 Excalibur (300 Health) with a reworked Vitality Mod (+100% Health, applied to the final Health stat) would receive 300 extra Health, for a total of 600. That, in contrast, is a nerf, which we also don’t want to do.
So, our next step:
2 - We adjusted Warframe Health, Shield, Energy, and Armor values to keep the end result of the revised Mods as close to the original values as possible.
With this change, Excalibur’s Rank 30 Health stat is 370. With +100% Health from a max Vitality Mod, his resulting Health stat would be 740, which matches what it was originally.
While this path to the same result may seem a little complicated, the outcome matches our intention: we want players to be able to look at their Health, Shield, and Armor Mods, and be able to understand how they affect the stats they see in their Arsenal.
In addition to everything above, we also increased the base stat values for Warframes so that these revised Mods offer similar value for lower-ranked Frames. To do so, we reduced the amount of Health/Shield/Energy that Warframes earn per rank in half, and transferred the sum of that value to their base stats.
For Armor, this is the one stat that does not increase with your Warframe’s level (with some exceptions). Armor values across the board have been slightly increased to compensate for the Mod changes.
Not to beat a dead Kaithe, but Mods will now be applying to the Max Rank stat instead of the Base Rank. You may look at these numbers and think “nerf” or “buff” depending, but the outcome is that total Modded values are the same, if not a little higher in some cases.
Warframe Stat Changes:
TITANIA Health: Base Rank - 270 (from 100) / Max Rank - 370 (from 300) Shields: Base Rank - 270 (from 100) / Max Rank - 370 (from 300) Armor: Base Rank - 105 (from 100)
Energy: Base Rank - 175 (from 150) / Max Rank - 225 (from 225)
