I find it ridiculious that they would choose to tie resources to bounties. I also dont understand why neither this nor the lua thrax prisms are offered for resource excavation???
Buy a resource booster and resource booster chance from the market and then play a void cascade bounty in the Zariman. It doesn't even have to be steel path. I'm not sure how to link my screenshot but I got 124 Thrax Plasm in 6 minutes doing this.
TRUST 🙏
Literal pay 2 win. Great work DE.
P2W in PVE game? pls use your brain
P2W but you don't need to pay for anything mentioned here, great
This resource is not even worth boosters.
Drop table for enemies is inaccurate. I've gotten as little as 3 per kill. Maybe got more than 6 before, can't say for certain.
Just had one drop 7, so you can definitely get more than 6. My hunch is it's tied to enemy level, but I have no way of confirming this
Aeolak sucks
That's one poorly informed opinion
Mission drop tables: "%" missing from chance and wrongly added to quantities
Will fix, good catch.
And you though farming Lanthorns was bad, such b.s.
"Just kill 600 of these enemies, it's not that hard, hurr hurr."
Thanks, DE...
I mean i got almost 900 from 30 minutes of void cascade it isn't that bad
Was the table manually created? The [Styanax Gerousic Helmet] was added over a year ago and requires 300.
Yeah, the blueprints requiring X resource wikitables are manually updated.
Even when the table gets updated, whoever edits has to remember to adjust the total since that is also manual (it seems like the helminth orbiter segment wasn't part of the total or I can't count).
Gyre automaton helmet (cosmetic) requires 300 of these babies.
I feel this page needs to be redone, Thrax Centurion and Thrax Legatus drop more than just 1, at least while doing cascade, in one mission I got a range of 2-6 per kill (4-12 since I had a booster)
Yeah, right now we cannot store range of values for drops in https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Module:DropTables/data The code isn't there to support that use case so that 1 is likely a placeholder value.
So this is what was in the Thraxpoison on earth sabotage
super plentiful resource, have many to feed to helminth with loki PRIME
"super plentiful resource"
Strange statement! Every resource in this game is plentiful if your run enough missions where they drop. I just got the Gyre chassis and need 300+ of this resource. It's really strange since I have run 20 missions in a row to get the chassis and I only have 200 Thrax Plasm. But maybe you run 500 missions...
The person above me is coping because they dont know how to farm Thrax's. Give Void Cascade a try and you'll see the hundreds you can get in one run, otherwise, don't complain its a hard resource to get because its really not :P
I second that
I got 437 Thrax Plasm in 26 min 14 sec at t4 Void Cascade bounty (lv 90 - 95)
That would be 900 in <30 min on Steel Path
^same person as above
The funny thing was that I only needed 50 for the Archon Shard Segment
Really wish there was more of a use for the plasm, kinda like the Lua Thrax Plasm. Not sure what it would be but it could have been helpful for RNG purposes in buying weapons/arcanes
Use it to buy Voidplume Pinion then use those to buy Kuva.
The x6-10 drop is sooooo wrong. On Mobile Defense, I've seen 4 per Thrax with a booster. And none of the bounties drop 6 Thrax according to official drop tables.
This page may as well be full of lies.
Without booster, I was frequently getting drops of 4
I am getting 2 each drop with a Nekros
I am getting 2-4 WITH booster on Mesa Prime
Im getting 0 because I can lie too
The best mission to farm Thrax Plasm is by far Cascade, you'll want to run a public match not solo. In about 5-7 min i got 91 thrax plasm without boosters or Smeeta.
I hope this great tip is still valid
Thanks for the tip. I got 186 in 1 round of Cascade bounty Lvl. 110-115 w/ Resource booster.
Although I posted this picture in this section before, I will second this tip with proof of it being true. Ran this with a booster and smeeta and this is what I got in 37 mins. (Truly only 30 mins of gameplay as Im a solo player, so I can pause and such)
The Sources Requiring Thrax Plasm is missing the Helminth archon shard segment, which requires 50 Thrax Plasm to craft.
Annoying to farm
20 minutes of zariman and 400 thrax plasm with resource booster, just kill thrax units and avoid all fight with normal mobs, use whatever frame you want, i used wisp because she is invisible while flying
You say BS sorry. "A good run of 20 minutes will net you 50-60 Plasm at best."
Boosters don't multiply ressources by 8.
Hey there Fandom User, sounds to me like youre coping really hard right now. Simply put, its a skill issue, get better!
So annoying to farm wtf, is that oxium 2.0 ?
Oxium is much harder since you have to kill a specific enemy to obtain while lantrati can be obtained from crates and enemies
14/02 you're not on the right page.
I'm surprised that no one has commented that it seems that the higher level bounties drop more plasm. That's my conclusion, at least, and it seems fairly likely.
After doing a few test runs on steel path and normal, it seems completely random. I get 2-6 on normal and 2-7 on steel path. So honestly doing a long run is the only guarantee to get a lot. saying that, I think this is the worst grind in the game. Lol.
Of so after a bit (a lot) of test on a T5 Void Flood Bounty (110-115) I can confirm that the Thrax absolutely DO NOT loot 15 Plasm, the usual amount is around 6-10.
A good run of 20 minutes will net you 50-60 Plasm at best.
So the 2,570 total amount you need will require you around 47 runs, so around 40h of """"""fun""""" in flood.
This is awful, there's no other way to put it. The mode is pretty bad on itself, the the skitzo girl that constantly deplete your energy and your Vitoplast is probably the worst mechanic DE ever came up with.
I'll check Cascade to see if the thing is better to farm Plasm, but I can't imagine anything worse than flood.
Aight, after testing Cascade, I can say that it's just leagues better, and more fun than Flood.
Not only you'll get a lot of arcane but the way the drop scale, if you can get a solid team together and go over 20 minutes, you'll get some very high yield of plasm.
Thanks for your service, Lone Tenno. o7
Cascade sucked for me, mobile defense is faster and easier.
