Sporulate Sacs are a resource that can be obtained by filleting Glutinox.

Acquisition[]
- Sporulate Sacs can be obtained by filleting Glutinox (from the Cambion Drift) at Daughter in the Necralisk. Each Glutinox will give 1 Sporulate Sac regardless of size.
- Sporulate Sacs can also be bought from Daughter from the "Daily Special" in exchange for Platinum. Note that the "Daily Special" wares are rotating, and Sporulate Sacs may not be there.
- Sporulate Sacs can also be randomly obtained from Requiem Obelisks
- Sporulate Sacs can be housed within common Rolizor Infested and rare Spitia Infested Cysts scattered around on the Cambion Drift.

Fishing on Deimos is not worth it as it's pretty much broken. It's much more efficient to just run across the landscape with Ignis setting fire to everything you see as you'll drop and find stuff the rest of the family want. I really recommend modding in punch-through and ammo conversion as well, and starting the lowest bounty so the enemies are pushovers.
Set fire to the fish, too. Just to make yourself feel better.

Agreed, fishing is a complete waste of time. Either run around the map or do Iso Vaults for the containers.
You can get like 3x to 4x the amount of stuff you farmed in that time if you specifically search for Infested Cysts and Entrati Caskets.
For those who don't know: Infested Cysts look like an orange glowing ball from above (most of them are in the caves from my expierence) and Entrati Caskets are found near the ruin structures. They're the only thing you need to farm on Deimos, everything else is a waste of time.

I had quite a bit of luck throwing both baits and some glow dye here - not sure which bait was the right one but they just kept coming non-stop for 15 mins so i just kept throwing them in

I had pretty good luck with Xaku high range/high efficiency build just using his 4th ability to break all containers in the cambion drift free roam
You can rarely get these from infested cysts. Found it easier than fishing

Just wanted to post this gere but the way i got my GLuxinoxes is that i went into the Fass energy spots and i put a fass residue. I managed to get around 10 in 5 mins. Try this out it might work for you as well as of 9/3/2020
You need 12 to make 1 Mutagen and you only get 1 Sac per fish. What a grind.
There are other ways to obtain the sacs such as the breakable pods all over and the requiem towers that give resources for killing enemies while active. Fishing, while technically the most reliable (1 guaranteed per fish), is actually the slowest way to grind it.

I dunno, man. I went in about 15 minutes before Vome-rise. I broke every loot pot I saw that looked like it would hold uncommon loot, visited every Loc-Pin I put down and triggered every Requiem Altar I encountered. For each Altar, I transfered into my Voidrig and blasted the enemies under the influence (for some reason, this satisfies the Requiem Altars.) I got two Sporulate Sacs.
As soon as Vome showed up, I started visiting the same two fishing hotspots. I was equipped with an Ebisu Spear, an Oxylus with Scan Aquatics (whatever that mod is called; it highlights fish permanently) and a handful of plain Fass bait (the red stuff you can shoot and collect). I got 114 Glutinoxes in the 50 minutes that Vome was present). And that was including being pestered by the selectively-invulnerable enemies whose death-throes destroy all the fish in the fucking pond (and should not be a problem anymore because Glass-boy is under arrest).
The only way I can see the Requiem Altars being more effective is if you did that exploit where you go to an IsoVault mission, stop just after killing the Necramech (this causes the Infested to spawn continuously), then camp the Altars with a Vortex Vauban (to pull them to the Altar) and a Speed Nova (to hurry them up), and then blast them with a Voidrig Archgun. The one that allegedly gets you tradebanned if your party is too good at it.
Maybe something changed recently, but for wasting 70-ish minutes (with a YouTube longplay on the other monitor) and a handful of red goo, I'm very satisfied with these numbers. And the fish I was catching waiting for Glutinoxes to show up were nice bonuses, too.
@Nox13last i recently just get trade restrict by DE. They didn't mention wht but i believe is because i fishing for like 2-3 hours in deimos and get few hundreds of fish. Idk wht they ban me for, like they design this in a way to want us to spent time on this shit to act like we love the game. But even i farm it in a hard way they still ban me.
