Just hit top rank on Deimos. I choose the Helminth Invigoration Segment. I’ve been trying to track down some solid videos on using it but haven’t had any luck. Looking for recommendations, references and/or any insight, advice etc.

Each week you'll get a set of three "invigorations" that will boost random warframes. I've yet to see a warfare I don't have, but then I have most of the frames so the jury's still out on that.

I've had a quick look through videos and none of them concisely cover these points:
You can use each invigoration once. If one of the invigorations is for Mesa and you have multiple Mesas, you can only apply that invigoration to one of them. An invigoration all apply to the prime version of the frame of course, so if you get an invigoration for Mesa you can apply that invigoration to Mesa Prime (but once it's used, it's used, you can't apply the same invigoration to Mesa Prime and Mesa)
The invigoration lasts 7 days from the time it is applied and the timer runs in real world time so if you don't play Warframe for two days you lose two days of invigoration
After ten invigorations (or roughly three and a bit weeks) you can "override" one of the provided invigorations with your chosen frame. So you might get an ability range and strength invigoration for Nyx, use that on Nyx, then override with Saryn so you get the range and strength invigoration for Saryn too
Invigorations cost a lot of resources
The invigorations will just show up as a separate UI element when you sit your frame down into the Helminth chair
So something that’s situational. Are the buffs any good or is it just a resource drain?
Hello there I know I’m a bit late but will I lose my invigoration progress (The 10 Invigorations) after the 7 days have passed? Because I don’t have all the frames they’re asking for and I’ve made some good progress :,)
It gives you buffs for one random warframe once a week
Is it always random or based on frames in your inventory?
