Why do people on Index keep flaming me?

Ok I know it sounds weird. Let me lay it out for you. I'm a MR 24 Rhino with a Tigris Prime. I do medium risk index because god knows why, I like it. BTW I'm pointing out these specifics because they are relevant.
So I've been playing Warframe for a long time but with long breaks between. I've only been playing Index for a couple of days now, not so much.
I recently learned that when you finish up your points you gather some more and "hand them over" to finish the mission quicker. First instance of getting flamed to hell itself was this. Won't name anyone but random people flame me for not knowing these things because I'm MR 24. That is their rationale. However for a long time, MR is just basically how many weapons and warframes you have levelled and AFAIK it still is. Then someone else accused me of buying the account because I play like a new player (mind you I had the most kills, most points and least deaths for that particular game). The worst part is they just flame and don't tell me the proper way. It's not like I'm ignoring their messages and ruining the game.
I'm kinda disappointed and I'm sad because of this. Disappointed because Warframe community was never toxic and sad because people flame me lol. I don't understand how in the world they would get mad at me when we are not even losing the game. So I wanna ask a couple of things.
-Why is playing with a Rhino considered to be a flame-able thing? (let me guess: because it's ez)
-Do you have any tips for me because since a lot of people flamed me they might have a point.

TL:DR People flame me to the ground without telling me what I'm doing wrong. Teach me index pls, tyvm.

I think the real issue here is that there should be a way to end the damn game when you reach the score.
He and his prime version are considered Beginner only frames by some apparently. Don't know why though.
People will always complain. Either you are taking away their kills or you are slowing down the mission(did that with a banshee once so a downed teammate could be revived) or you just suck in general.
I've already seen many of comments like this on Akkad but I don't really care tbh. Just teabag and don't revive them if they go down while talking trash about you, your fashun or your skills.
Let me just say if you're going to do medium and already have a decently built Rhino. Go solo. Fuck playing index in pubs.
I like you OP. You may or may not deserved to be flamed. Either way you are stopping to think about what you could doing that is upsetting others. It takes a big person to self-evaluate like that.
its not, rhino is the best frame to carry points in index
some ppl are just toxic, ignore them. as far as index goes, watch this to know how to index which you already know btw
55% of the time, ppl who do index are desperate for credits, which they want to use as trade tax to sell their overpriced crap in the tradechat. so i wouldn't expect much from.
don't get me wrong, there ppl who farm credits for other reasons than trade tax too.
It is just that those flamer are dumb. Idk if you have messed up sortie or raids. But index? nope. i didnt know that you hand over points once u r done with scoring before yesterday ad I am mr 13. There are always dummies in any community. Cheer

As noone has given any tips, I might just start:
People play medium risk because it gives the most credits for time spent. So playing high risk is a sure way to get flamed, as most people will know that medium risk is the way to go and you will make them lose time.
Holding many points can be rewarding, but it is also unnerving for others. They don't know if you want to hoard them till enternity, so it is best to start the round by saying what your personal goal is and to cash in the points once you get a +4 bonus.
When the goal is reached, you usually suicide to let the enemies finish the match sooner. The sooner the match ends the sooner you can start a new round.
This makes me sad:/ My girlfriend recently picked up Warframe and I enjoy spending time with her and teaching her everything but playing with her is somewhat slow since its her first game ever. I dont want her to experience any hate because of that:(
