Fused Reservoir is a Warframe Augment Mod/Exilus Mod for Wisp that allows her to spawn a fourth
Reservoir with all three buffs at an increased energy cost.
Stats[]
Rank | Energy cost | Cost |
---|---|---|
0 | 300% | 6 |
1 | 270% | 7 |
2 | 250% | 8 |
3 | 200% | 9 |
Acquisition[]
- This mod can be acquired by attaining the rank of Genius under Cephalon Suda, or the rank of Flawless under New Loka, and spending
25,000 to purchase.
Notes[]
- Energy cost is not affected by mods.
- Fused Reservoir counts as 3 summoned Reservoirs and Wisp is still limited to 6 total Reservoirs at once, meaning only 2 of the combined versions can be used at any given time.
- Doubles the energy cost of using the combined version, rather than tripling it, saving 25 base energy when using the combined version.
- The combined version has all three motes, regardless of whether Wisp is of a high enough level to have them.
- Missions will start with the Fused Reservoir automatically selected.
Tips[]
- Useful for
Empowered builds, requiring only one instance of Empower to charge all three versions at once, saving energy.
- Because it simply adds another type of Reservoir and does not remove the normal ones, the player can still mix and match to place more motes in more locations if necessary (such as Defection), keeping in mind the 6 max Reservoirs still applies.

Garbage.
Would be great if it didn't summon shock motes.
(why doesn't fandom let us delete our own comments lol) nvm editing this all out. Pretty good augment. I originally thought it was really bad but this is good if you use it right.
It's a QoL augment that really helps in missions like Archon Hunt Defense. You think I can be bothered to constantly drop down 3 motes on this dude who won't stop moving? Hell no, it's a pain. Drop mote, switch to other mote, drop mote, switch to other mote... oh he's moved again. Nah bro, just drop a single mote that does it all.
Why is this one useful? Here's why:
Pax Bolt+Power Drain+Growing power+energy conversion+Molt vigor+empower+power slingshot+nidus spectre
To get the maximum strength for Wisp, you need to set up all of that and use it within a 4s window of time, and you have to do that twice. You can sacrifice 15% strength for convenience, or you can do that twice, which is a pain in the ass.
I prefer to buff the dmg mote only, health mote means nothing for me, its nice thats it and shock is good cc + elec priming
It's an exilus mod, which means the only real competition is Primed Sure Footed, and how often do you get knocked down as Wisp?
The primed sure footed simps are everywhere, you're never safe from their superiority complexes
I remember when it came out. "primed sure footed is garbage; it only stops stagger/knock down 99.9997% of the time so its trash"
It only takes one youtuber to change everyones mind on the mod (it was self damage changes primarily but how many peeps still use ogris or Bramma now day?)
I do, I use Bramma.
Sure this augment doesn't do anything too special, but if you're getting knocked down every 3 seconds, then yeah keep relying on p sure footed because lotus knows skill won't save you.
Just give her natural talant, this Is such a waste of a slot.
Natural talent isn't an exilus mod, this is
The definiation of band-aid mod.
The definition of a clueless comment.
This needs a rework. The convenience is minor, the energy economy is inconsequential, and a mod slot is a high price to pay. The incredibly niche synergy with Empower and other "next ability" buffs is basically a joke, since Shock gains nothing meaningful from power strength and there is little point in building around maximizing the other two beyond a normal high-strength build. Furthermore, even if you DID want to maximize Vitality and/or Haste, you could just use the same Empower build on the one you need more, or at worst use it Empower twice to achieve the same practical benefit as slotting this mod... just without wasting the slot.
That "niche synergy" as you call it can be very powerful though. I don't even use empower (prefer roar for the ultimate damage support), but getting energy conversion (50), growing power (25-100), molt vigor (45) and either Madurai sling strength (40) or Zenurik hardened wellspring (20) active all at the same time (making a difference of at least 140, up to 235) is not as easy in every situation. If I had to do it 3 times for every cast I would not run my build. But with this mod it is more or less convenient and you can easily buff your teammates even in fast moving missions by just placing 1 mote into a doorway, giving them a speedboost, keeping them alive and also a free a status effect for condition overload, galvanized aptitude and galvanized shot. Also everyone in your team can make use of the passive from archon stretch with the shockmote.
With 1 normal azure archon shard giving +50 max energy I can even cast the mote with low energy mutator even though I'm running with 45% efficiency.
Yes, i could have +15% power or range in the exilus slot. But this mod is very very convenient just as it is.
The build I'm running is an advanced version of https://overframe.gg/build/288950/wisp/one-true-goddess-support-the-best-wisp-in-the-world-700~900-strength/ (using Archon Stretch)
Without this mod the build would be way more annoying, complicated to play and run out of energy too often.
This needs to increase the total number of reservoirs you can have placed or do something more. As it is it's nice convenience but really isn't worth the mod slot over other options. I even got it assuming the fused reservoir would only count as one and was bitterly disappointed when all I did was drop 3 at once effectively.
I feel exactly the same. I was sure this would mean I get 6 reservoirs that do it all. Not 2.
Almost all the comments i read on this page give nothing but sh*t to this augment, while the majority casually ignore the ture power of this mod. Yes, it seemingly only saves you the time it takes to place all 3 totems. However, there are specific builds that rely on one powerful cast and if your ability must be cast 3 times then those builds go out the window. Imagine, the power strength parazon finisher augment, on to of an empower, a power str aura that activates on status, and all these spiced with occasional void corruption. When you build mostly for strength, this can mean a huge trio of unlimited totem buffs for 1 cast. Stack temporary power strength and snapshot the peak performance when you use all charges with the augment.
But what utility does that actually have? The electric mote gains nothing from power strength, and a proper wisp is virtually guaranteed to have power strength already stacked so you reach diminishing returns for the other two. Realistically speaking, how much actual benefit are you going to get out of slightly higher health, regen, fire rate, and move speed than a normal high strength wisp build?
Most of the time you only need one of the motes so yeah its still bad
The electric motes actually do gain from power strength but we are talking 50 damage instead of 20 for ex.
My Roaring Wisp shocks at 110 damage I believe.
Only at really low levels does this make a difference ofc.
The shock is more for the stun anyways. still. its a better augment for the mobile wisp. if you keep having to change location having to do 6 button press/holds is just obnoxious when you can just toss down the 1. and since the mod is telling falshoods (apparently only costing 200% rather than "200% increased" it is energy effecient
Very convenient mod if you're always on the move, and goies into exilus slot which is even better. Must have for lazy people.
This. Power Drift may technically be a better use of the Exilus slot, but if you are playing at the level that 15% ability strength actually matters then good for you, enjoy all two missions in the game that is true for. For the rest of us mere mortals, this is super convenient.
Congrats DE the most useless augment. Literally all it does is save you like 2 seconds. But same cost, and requires a mod slot... icky. Now if it also increased the potency of the totems each effect it *might* be worth it. Or if you could lay down 6 of them.
Indeed, I'm not gonna give up a mod slot for this.
DE, pls make it better ;-)
I find it pretty useful, though it is annoying having to give up a slot for it. Having to cycle and drop reservoirs repeatedly in the heat of battle can get annoying fast, and this alleviates that.
I think DE should change this Fused Reservoir count as 2 instead of 3 and more energy cost to balance it out. with this we can have 3xFusedReservoir on the map, especially defection.
Meh power drift is better and if u are mmoving the only one u want to use is the green one
I'd like to add that this is am amazing mod when leveling Wisp, as it makes all of her motes available from Unranked, instead of having to wait for Wisp Rank 17 for the first level of each mote <3
Ooooh! Good catch!
This has very good synergy with Growing Power, Pax Bolt and Energy Conversion. It can take a long time to simultaneously proc them on each individual Reservoir, which is impractical in most missions. This helps alleviate that issue and makes it more viable to consistently proc the buffed Power Strength on all of them.
Exactly this. I wish everyone would at least think of ways to make it good before shitting on it in comments
My thoughts exactly. With my follow-up thought being that now all it needs is to be an exilus mod. And lo and behold, it already is! I'll definitely be using this on my Wisp. 15% strength from Power Drift is nothing compared to consistently having Growing Power, Empowered, Pax Bolt, and Energy Conversion on every mote. Plus it's much easier to FORCE teammates who keep dying to get their buffs this way.
I can now finally fill that 1 empty slot I have been keeping open ever since Wisp was released.
And to think this whole time I was using Mobilize to maximize her passive!
How silly of me.
DE showcased how this augment was meant to be used. Fast cast for when you're on the move. That's why the amount of motes is still the same. Still would be nice to get an extra drop, but that was not the intention.
" Fused Reservoir counts as 3 summoned Reservoirs and Wisp is still limited to 6 total Reservoirs at once, meaning only 2 of the combined versions can be used at any given time."
What's the point for this augment then~
Convenience, hence the exilus mod. more energy efficient since, despite the description of the mod, only doubles the energy cost, so its three for the cost of two; you only have to proc growing power and/or energy conversion once to increase the effects of all three; you wont have to cast empower multiple times so you dont have to waste energy; etc.
It triples the energy costs. So it's the same cost.
@Velaethia1 Nope, only doubles, the description is wrong. Just tested it in the field and the fused reservoir costs 50 energy vs 25 for a single.
200% of 25 energy is 50, so the description is correct in this case. If you want to be particular on Warframe's wording of buffs, then +200% would be the actual wrong description, but +X% is the typical wording for stacking buffs.
What the hell kind of testing process do they have that let that mod description get approved? The listed energy cost is wrong (it says 200% more but it's actually 100% more) and they somehow managed to spell "reservoir" wrong twice but correctly the third time.
What testing process? Remember when the the charm buff from Kavats had to be patched 3 times because it wasn't being applied to operators correctly?
I'm disappointed that the summoned reservoirs counts as 3. Sacrificing anything even from an exilus slot will decrease the strength of a build. I see the potential in some cases mentioned below. From the 4 new augments, I had hopes in this one. Looks like neither this update will make me go back to play.
