Anemic Agility is a Corrupted Mod that increases a pistol's fire rate by 15% per rank but decreases its damage by 2.5% per rank, for a maximum of 90% fire rate and -15% damage at rank 5.

Gunslinger, Lethal Torrent and 
Arcane Velocity for a total of +342% fire rate. - The -15% damage is additive with Hornet Strike and other mods that increase damage. Combining a max rank Anemic Agility with a max rank Hornet Strike (+220% damage) will lead to a total damage bonus of +205%.
- The net damage loss from adding Anemic Agility to a weapon with a max-rank Hornet Strike is only around 4.7%.
- The net damage loss from adding Anemic Agility to a weapon with a max-rank
- Alongside a max-rank Hornet Strike, Anemic Agility represents a 5.3% DPS increase over Gunslinger, although for some weapons the increased ammo consumption and frequency of reloads will offset the modest gain in total DPS.
Trivia[]
- On release, Anemic Agility was able to drop from Grineer Ballistas, which made it the first Corrupted Mod to drop from an enemy unit. This was unintended however, and Anemic Agility was patched out of the Ballista's drop table in Hotfix 15.7.2 (2014-12-19).

That 'piece of shit mod' is great for Mesa's peacemaker build, where more fire rate is actually better as opposed to raw damage stat. Every mod has its place and function bro.

why would you use this over gunslinger? 15% is huge.
Go back to grade school and actually listen this time in math. An actual 15/100 would be significant if not huge. Good thing this is 15/320 instead, with a 90/160 increase to firerate. 4.7% actual damage in exchange for an additional 56% actual fire rate is an excellent trade off for a bunch of weapons.

This pairs really well with Concealed Explosives, as the damage reduction doesnt even touch the explosions. And that's how I'm able to use Mk-1 Kunai into mid- to high- tier missions.

Oddly enough, despite being a Corrupted Mod Anemic Agility was able to drop from Grineer Ballistas, making it the first Corrupted Mod to drop from an enemy unit.
