I have been playing the game for a while and i still havent figured out my "main" yet. I know that warframe is the type of game were you need to change frame for each mission but everyone has that frame they keep going back to. I haven't found mine yet and im not sure which one to go with and o dont want to mess up new war. Im trying to find a frame with good looks and good kit. Which is hard considering warframe interesting design choice. Im looking for some suggestions, i only play male warframes (genuinely no reason, its just personal preference. Im weird, my brain doesn't work properly) and if they can look good all the better but im not sure. Thanks

It really doesn't matter. You won't be using your frame for 98% of the quest.
You will be fine with any frame, you can probably get through unmodded as well.
Go for whatever frame you want to see in cut scenes, that should be your priority.

Take whatever you want, it won't make much of a difference so long your frame and weapons have sensible builds, not even maxed builds, it just has to be sensible.

Take any frame you want. The quest is super easy.
You don't need a "main" in this game. Arguably, you shouldn't have a "main." Warframes are tools.
Take a Warframe that looks good to you. Appearances are important and having a striking-looking Warframe will give more punch to certain scenes.
All the enemies are basically below level 20 I brought a max Ignis and my excal prime cuz I hate sentients and it was comical how op I was
Your frame doesn’t come into play until the end. If your frame can handle Saturn level content, you’ll probably be completely fine.
All these hype posts about setting up your New War arsenal were just that: hype.
There are some challenges, but in those parts you aren’t even controlling your frame.
