This mod is also available from Baro Ki'Teer for 150,000 150,000 + 300 300 in the Concourse section of the Tenno Relay. Note that Baro Ki'Teer's stock changes with each appearance, and this mod may not be available on a succeeding appearance.
Volcanic Edge is additive with similar mods. For example, a Galatine with a max rank Volcanic Edge and Melee Prowess will have a 20% × (1 + 60% + 90%) = 50% status chance.
Can be stacked with Melee Prowess, Vicious Frost, Voltaic Strike, Virulent Scourge, and Drifting Contact for a 370% increase in Status Chance. On weapons with at least 22% base Status Chance, this allows them to achieve a total Status Chance value of 100%, allowing every strike to deal Status Effect procs.
Unlike the previous Cicero and Tethra mod sets that depict Warframes already available at the time of the event, the cards from Operation Breeding Grounds depicted Mirage, a Warframe that at the time was yet to be revealed or released.
All of the dual-stat event mods for melee weapons have names starting with the letter V.

Worst wiki i've encountered so far. Wiki seems outdated in many parts (cant really complain about this because if no one is willing to keep it up to date what will ya do) but theres also misinformation.
And the rest comes from the idiot commenters who are just talking a lot. One says you only get this mod in T1 spies, other says u also get it from T2 spies. One says you only get it if you manage to hack all 3 without alert, other says it doesnt matter. One says you have a chance for this mod to drop for each of the 3 hacks, other says you only get it on the last one. Lots of talkers, zero proof. Just shut the fuck up you clueless wannabes.

Old removed system that gave mods a rating. Your total rating would then impact stuff like boss scaling or whatever.

Got the Volcanic Edge on Earth, got maybe 2-3 vicious frosts, so this mode is quite uncommon.

Got it from Suisei on Mercury after 5 runs, before that I did around 30-40 runs of Shklovsky and only got 3x Vicious Frost.

I've been grinding for Susei for 2 days, many, many, many, many runs. I originally wanted vicious frost and this mod....well, I have 5 vicious frosts (!) now, but not a single one of these. How is that even probable?

Suisei on Mercury seems to have the highest drop chance for Volcanic Edge seeing as everybody is getting from there and I have yet to get it to drop on the other T1 spy missions.
