Steam controller config and edit don't save

I soon as i want to import or change an input my steam controller returns to the default input , it was working just yesterday i tried many things like erase all configs , reinstalle steam etc but none of them worked can someone help me please ?

Used Steam Controller? You need to temporarily downgrade Steam and deregister the controller’s previous owner in order to be able to set new configs.
Or make changes in offline mode
How can i deregister the controller owner ?
