I’m in need of endo and want to scrap some wreckage but what’s the difference between scrap wreckage and scrap recovered wreckage? Are they the same thing ?

One is an unknown wreckage that cost no slot, other is a wreckage with known stat and cost slot. They yield the same endo.
Ohh thanks so basically scrap recovered wreckage is useless and I can scrap without worrying about getting rid of something I don’t want to
