Torid Incarnon Genesis is an item that is used to add Incarnon upgrades to the
Acquisition[]
- Upon completion of The Duviri Paradox and Angels of the Zariman, and unlocking The Steel Path, players can earn
Torid Incarnon Genesis from The Circuit's Steel Path to place on their Torid with the help of Cavalero in the Chrysalith. This Incarnon Genesis form grants it evolutions to a transformation and newfound strength.
Evolutions[]
- Installing the Torid Incarnon Genesis requires 20
Pathos Clamps, 60
Rune Marrow and 20
Maw Fangs.
- When installed, the first Evolution tier is unlocked. The following Evolution tiers, their requirements for unlocking them, and their related perks, are shown below;
- Each challenge additionally grants 5,000 affinity to the weapon, affected by Affinity Boosters.
Evolution I[]
- Direct shots charge Incarnon Transmutation; Alt Fire transmutes. Switching back will expend any remaining charge.
- Fire a long-range
Toxin beam.
- Incarnon Form becomes a continuous beam weapon with a 40 meter range, and a 3 meter damage radius from the point of impact against a surface. The beam is then capable of chaining to up to 5 nearby enemies within 6 meters of each other, with each chain doing 75% of the previous chain's damage. The base damage, Critical Chance, Critical Multiplier, and Status Chance are also increased. However, the Zoom is reduced.
- Punch Through mods have no effect on the behavior of the beam.
- Mods such as
Sinister Reach or
Combustion Beam are not available for use, as the base Torid is not a beam weapon.
- As a continuous weapon, the spherical damage radius does not benefit from Multishot; only targets directly hit by the beam benefit.
- The beam will chain independently to 5 additional enemies starting from each target hit by the initial damage radius. Each chain chooses targets independently, and an enemy can be struck by multiple chains. However, due to the damage radius not benefiting from multishot, beams chaining from targets that were in the damage radius but not directly struck by the initial beam itself will also not benefit from multishot.
- The damage radius is not a separate damage instance from the beam, so a target that is directly struck by the beam is still only hit once.
- Mode switching is not instantaneous and has an animation equal to the weapon's reload speed.
- Incarnon Form is activated by filling the Incarnon Transmutation gauge that appears under the reticule by achieving direct shots and then pressing the Alternate Fire button. 5 direct shots will completely fill the gauge. A full gauge is not required to activate Incarnon Form.
- Torid's poison cloud does not build charges.
- Individual Multishot bullets can build charges.
- Instead of drawing ammunition from its reserves, the Torid's Incarnon Form uses a separate "magazine" with each charge producing 34 rounds to a maximum of 170. Once all ammunition is expended, the Torid reverts to its normal form.
- Incarnon Form's magazine is not affected by mods.
- Incarnon Form is not affected by Ammo Efficiency (such as
Energized Munitions).
- Charges and Incarnon Form persists through all activities, such as holstering, bleedout, or being disarmed. However, charges and Incarnon Form are removed upon death.
- Swapping to and from Incarnon Form will fully reload the normal form's magazine.
Evolution II[]
- Unlock Challenge: Complete a solo mission with this weapon equipped.
- Perk 1: Final Fusillade:
- Increase Damage by +51.
- +3 Multishot on last shot in magazine.
- Perk 2: Plentiful Mayhem:
- Increase Damage by +31.
- Multishot consumes ammo directly from Capacity and increases Damage by +60%.
- Affects both modes. In the case of Incarnon Form, it pools directly from its magazine.
- On the Incarnon form, instead of increasing the damage of additional projectiles created by multishot, all multishot bonuses are increased by 60%.
Evolution III[]
- Unlock Challenge: Kill 100 enemies with this weapon's Incarnon Form.
- Perk 1: Swift Deliverance:
- +50% Projectile Speed.
- Perk 2: Renewed Horror:
- On Reload from Empty: Lingering damage field duration doubles on first shot.
- Perk 3: Extended Volley:
- Increase Magazine Capacity by +9.
Evolution IV[]
- Unlock Challenge: Activate Incarnon Form 15 times.
- Perk 1: Commodore's Fortune:
- Increase Critical Chance by +20%.
- Perk 2: Survivor's Edge:
- Increase Critical Chance by +15%.
- Increase Status Chance by +15%.
- Perk 3: Elemental Balance:
- Increase Status Chance by +34%.
Bugs[]
Galvanized Aptitude ignores the base damage value of both Evolution II perks.
- Renewed Horror has a visual bug where the grenade will seemingly explode at a normal duration, with the dissipation of the gas cloud and the sound effect of the grenade exploding. However, it will still linger for twice as long as intended.

Does anyone know if Galvanized Aptitude still worth putting on Torid still even if the mod ignores the base damage evolution.
Well, the damage boost plummets to 20% per status type per stack with final fusillade and 24% with plentiful mayhem. You're looking at either 120% or 144% damage boost if you run two elements and HM, which is additive with serration, finally coming out as an effective 45% or 54% damage boost, which honestly is about the same as anything else you might slot in at the end of a typical build, except you need to maintain stacks for the damage buff. Up to you I guess, but I run a viral/heat build and prefer Hellfire to boost weight and damage of heat procs.
This needs to be nerfed so my teammates don't hog all the kills with it and leave nothing for me to do
Okay then, let's say it is a skill issue: a skill issue on the part of the game designer who made Torid's Incarnon, because they are not very skilled at their job.
Thats the thing some weapons are gona be better as it depends on the mods u put in and if u cant get kills jost go to a difrent room and wait for enemies or go solo :P otherwise its skill issue
"...and leave nothing for me to do" you could move ahead of your squad and get a few more kills to help speed up the exterminate mission. Maybe your friendly neighborhood torid wielder is gonna get 90 kills, but if you get those other 30 it'll go that much faster. Or you could explore the side rooms and grab resources for your squad, or buff the torid guy or something, really there's a decent number of things you could be doing.
Or up your Frames ability game, this one have limited range and can only hit the direction pointed at, use your frame wipe everything beyond its range and your friend will never land a kill :P
I can't believe they stapled a better amprex to a better ignis wraith
Beautiful weapon
Any way to add a template to the incarnon genesis pages saying when they'll be available?

Just yet another item in the game that is a direct spit in the face of the majority of the players, which sure are console players. Because come on, PS with 2 generations, Xbox with 2 generations and the Switch... versus PC. And even though some consoles offer the option to use mouse/keyboard, i bet my life that fast majority still is just using a controller. You can completely forget about this weapon when using controller even though only bodyshots are needed, but even then u can forget about quick and precise aiming at body. While youre fiddling around with filling up the gauge with controller, the mkb user aready has activated incarnon and emptied the magazine. Also can completely forget about all other incarnon guns that idiotically require HEADSHOTS. And because the bigger player base isnt fucked enough already, those devs even gave additional stuff like powerful arcanes that encourages headshot gunplay even more. How DUMB must a developer be, to give the smaller player base so much good stuff while shitting on the bigger player base.
Torid is so easy to charge that you don't even have to look at the screen to do it. nothing's stopping you from going right into an enemy's face to unload the shot at them point blank. If you can't hit an enemy who has its entire body blocking 90% of the screen then its definitely a skill issue. Going right against them also negates any drawback of projectile flight speed issues if there were even any..
Cope hard, skill issue
*cough* multishot *cough*cough*
Console peasant + attention whore whiner = Does not deserve a proper answer.
Riven prices for this thing is insane right now.
Just did easy solo netracell with galvanized scope and chamber headshot build lololololol
I think it's a valid comment worth asking... Anecdotal evidence that the gun is good enough for netracell solo runs.
Where was the comment again? I swear there was a comment here before.
Mashing your head on a keyboard is good enough for solo netracell runs
You don't even need a headshot build, this thing destroys Netracells
Primed firestorm increases the number of times the laser can chain.
FYI: at higher levels of difficulty it gets harder and harder to get 3 kills with the main AoE rounds to then get it into incarnon mode. Hence you may need to prime your horde with some other weapon then go this this weapon to get your 3 kills. Impressive primary weapon but you will need LOTS of crit damage to kill eximus at higher levels of difficulty. Youtubers are modding for combo stat/crit but you want crits to maximize damage.
This is the same dude who made the same complaint about dual toxocyst incarnon, lmao
You only need direct hits not kills dumbass
FYI u dont have functional brain to read
FYI: There are in fact a lot of ppl like OP in Warframe.
God FUCKING damnit. Years back I had a +cd +cc +ms -zoom riven for the torid. used it for transmutation...
I held it for 2 years, no one wanted it lol.
Now I'm antsy about getting rid of my Stug riven...
Stug supremacy 2026
People will pay outrageous amounts of plat for CC-CD-MS-harmless negative rivens. I sold a mutalist quanta riven with that roll and if I kept going with the auction it would have went up to oblivion. I ended up selling it for 12k just for another guy to offer me 15k just a second later. Morale of the story? Don't discard these rolls even if the weapon sucks.
Will it work in Incarnon form with Xata's whisper ?
Don't know why it wouldn't
Yes. I used that combo for 60 eyes.
Does punch through work on the incarnon form the same way it does on amprex? Does beam split separately for each target hit?
Punch through seems to be straight up disabled during incarnon form
Got some tips to share. Even after an enemy dies its dead body can still give charges for like 1 sec or so and like his cousin Amprex the beam can chain from corpses.
This was fixed in the 33.5 update.
I feel dirty using this. Good lord, with a decent riven and multishot you just murder EVERYTHING and regain Incarnon-mode I like 2-3 shots. I solo'd Elite Sanctuary up to 15+
You honestly don't even need a Riven and this thing will chew SP Circuit enemies for a while
2 arms and 1 head is enough to solo ES long enough to want to uninstall the game
Whoa... this takes me back when I use Phage on almost everywhere
Little hint. for ultimate maximization on primary fire you want a riven with negetive magazinze capacity over 50% good luck
Why tf u want less mag lmao r u good?
For Final Fuselage...
And Renewed Horror... read the damn evolution chart
Heavy Caliber does affect the accuracy or at least the appearance of the Incarnon mode beam, cause the wording here to me makes it sound like a primary version of the Atomos, Kuva Nukor, Tenet Cycron, or that primary Kitgun chamber Father sells, but when I use it, it looks like a Phage that hasn't been zoomed in. Still kills shit though
^ Same Tenno
Ok, so, quick test in Simulacrum with and w/o max rank Heavy Caliber, and it makes a MASSIVE difference lol
Mod makes the normally perfect accuracy main beam of the Incarnon form spazz out. It'll still chain between enemies, but good luck actually hitting them in the first place lol
Guess I'll have to use a lower rank version, because I like using Torid with Multishot and Primed Firestorm to carpet a huge area
I tried this out and it makes it look a lot like a laser light show
A very deadly laser light show
I can't be sure / understand exactly what the trick is, maybe the simulacrum is problematic but apparently this weapon has a very good synergy between the two fire modes. I have a slight feeling that the infested orb from the normal shot increases the multishot/damage so I can bleed a high level juggernaut/saxum faster than most weapons in the game. In short the normal mode has a infested orb somehow manages to increase damage and bypasses any enemy resistance to effects.
Sorry for getting this nerfed lads,
For some reason hits/kills (idk) with Toxic Lash makes the incarnon mode ammo reset to full only seems to work if you're the host though
Sounds like the return of the "xata whisper + incarnon" bug wherein the damage buff of xata's whisper or in this case toxic lash counts as a separate hit rather than calculated into the bullet this results in the bug that allows one to recharge incarnon while in incarnon so long as you can maintain the incarnon charge requirement in your case a direct hit
Yes, I met such a bug, sometimes on missions. When Sarina uses 3 skill, incarnon form replenishes charges. But this is not critical if they fix it, the incarnon form fills up quickly with 2 shots (on average) if there are multi-shot mods.
