How do Riven re-rolls work?

Question

So I just got a riven for something I use for the first time.

It's a twin Grakata (YES TWOOO) riven. +Zoom -Recoil

It's MR16 so I can't use it yet (soon) but how does rerolling with Kuva work exactly? Do I reroll one stat or the whole thing? (All stats, new weapon, new mr?)

If I do so, can I still sell it? If I can, can someone reroll it after I do?

When you reroll with Kuva, it increases the reroll cost every time until the 10th reroll, in which it stays at that level for every subsequent reroll.

Whenever you reroll a riven you can get 2-3 positive stats and 0-1 negative stats. If a negative stat is present, the positive stats will be stronger than they would be with no negative stat. Rerolling does not change MR requirement, mod rank, what weapon the mod is for, and the polarity.

you only reroll the stats. Mr requirement and weapon it is for stays the same. You always reroll all stats but you can choose to either keep your new roll or the original.

Yes you can still sell it, and people who buy it can still reroll it.
