Ticker is a Solaris who serves as a medium for players to help pay off the debts of other Solaris, located on a platform above The Business' shop and can be accessed by a small elevator that can be found to the left upon entering Fortuna. By buying off debts, she rewards the player with two or three types of Debt-Bonds, which can be turned in for Solaris Standing or can be used to buy secondhand ornaments and decorations for the player's Orbiter.
Purchase Debt-Bonds
Ticker will have 5-8 possible debts available for the player to purchase with each including a number of Debt-Bonds. Lower tier Training Debt-Bonds and
Shelter Debt-Bonds are always on offer, while higher tier Medical, Advances, and Familial are on offer at times. Each debt is tied to a unique case identifier and requires 5,000-350,000
credits and 0-2 additional resources, with the rewarded debt-bonds scaling up with the cost. Additionally, each case is set to an expiry timer, before being replaced by a new one. Timers are limited to 8 hours, so visiting her 8 hours later will guarantee that the selection of all debts on offer will be completely refreshed.
These cases also provide information about the Solaris with each one noting the Solaris' profession, details about their lives, their criminal records, and their respective punishments.[1]
Ticker's Secondhand
Ticker also has a daily rotating selection of Fortuna-themed Decorations for a player's Orbiter or Clan Dojo, with each item having a decoration capacity of 5. These may only be bought with Debt-Bonds, and the price for each item on offer is randomized every day from this item's price band.

Hire Railjack Crew Members
- Main article: Railjack/Crew
Being at least Rank 1 in the Command Intrinsic unlocks the ability to hire NPC crew members from Ticker. Every 24 hours following the daily reset, there will be up to seven crew members available to be purchased, each with a randomized name, stats, flavor text, and cost.
Each of these crew members is associated with a particular faction Syndicate and the player's standing with each syndicate is used to determine potential discounts and taxes on their cost. Being at positive standing with a syndicate will grant up to to 50% discount on the respective crew member. Conversely, being at negative standing will add an additional tax to crew member costs, up to double their initial value.
Note that:
- Crew members bought with credits will have 8 competency points distributed across their stats
- Crew members bought with Railjack resources will have 10 competency points distributed across their stats
- Elite Crew members, unlocked at Command Intrinsic Rank 10, will have 12 competency points distributed across their stats, and a passive based on their highest stat.
Base Costs
Crew members have a base credit cost of 100,000-120,000. For crew members that require Railjack resources to purchase:

Hotfix 24.0.7 (2018-11-15)
Since the initial release of Fortuna, the acquisition of Debt-Bonds has proven to require further changes in order to bring balance between the procurement methods. As it is known, you can obtain Debt-Bonds by purchasing Ticker’s Case# or from Bounty rewards. Ticker’s inventory not only took quite some time to refresh, but the inventory itself did not offer a diverse source at any given time. Considering the cost at which Debt-Bonds are required to Rank up in Solaris United, we have made the following changes to bring a more balanced rotation for Ticker:
- There will now always be 3 Common, 1 Uncommon, and 1 Rare Case# available at any given time.
- Increased the rate at which Ticker’s Case# inventory refreshes by reducing the duration they persist for.
Hotfix 24.0.2 (2018-11-09)
We have removed an unintentional multiplier within ticker’s Case# purchases, which resulted in some players receiving 5x/10x/20x the indicated Debt-Bonds. There was a bug causing this multiplier under the hood. A script is running to remove the accidentally multiplied goods. You will be left with the intended amount (i.e if you bought 10 but received 70, you'll have 10).
Update 24.0 (2018-11-08)
- Introduced.

isn't he a gay dude?

Check the second one on the list for confirmation of what she is, if that helps.
The Tickler love to Opine At Length... Shut Da Fuck Up!!!!!!!!!!
How surprising must it be for some of these idiots to discover that THE VAST MAJORITY of the interactable NPCs will 'opine at length' in an RP-based game like Warframe?
Bro took it personally
How is that personal when it's a baseline fact? Browse the scriptlog of just about any NPC in this game and tell me that most of them don't issue lengthy diatribes on whatever it is they have to talk about! And it's part of the point too; characters yammering about themselves is a function of world-building in RPGs, and if someone's going to take issue with that, then perhaps they've chosen the wrong game for investing their time into. You also gotta wonder what there is to whinge about when the option to skip dialogue is available on most interactions.
The one time this dumb mfer sells medical debt bonds my games bugs out and doesnt let me buy them
I apologize, but how is the decorations for sale selected? What percentage does Widebody Ore Transport have for appearing on the for sale list? I've been going to Ticker every day or almost every day since spring just for this decoration, and his items change by 10%, meaning it's always almost the same thing there!!!! I will probably never wait for this decoration for my dojo.....
Here's the kicker for the Ticker...
Has anyone seen the Widebody Ore Transport Decoration for sale recently? It seems like it was fairly common for that to show up when I was newer to the game, but I really haven't seen one in Ticker's store since June.
I wish she would have more second hand stuff.
Did Ticker have a boyfriend called Volan?? the plush mentions him as someone she loved i think
Reason i say that is coz the plushie says that he was one of her doorways to heaven
Love Ticker, one of my favorites in Fortuna. Always has fun dialogue.
Ngl I thought Ticker was just a gay dude up until now. I know it's not fair to assume what they are based off their voice, but they don't sound very feminine, just flamboyant.
Gay or not it's just a dude skinwalking with female parts that aren't his own. Still a male head in the chest cavity.
@185.169.0.28 this statement has already been addressed in the half-dozen times you've repeated it. in that time, you acknowleged that you know what the definition of 'transgender' is, and that you personally don't agree with that concept. with that in mind, and knowing how this character is defined in the lore, by the devs, and on this wiki, what do you really think you have to prove here?
Nothing to prove, I just don't much care for internet janitors or the arrogance of trannies to assert their delusions as reality upon the rest of us. The devs are retards for including such a character too.
@192.145.118.72 So you've committed yourself to routinely patrolling a page regarding a character you don't like, in order to continuously make a point that's only relevant to you, all because you're motivated by a disdain for transpeople? Wow, that's incredibly tragic - and not least because you don't seem capable of realising how much this is simply a 'you' problem. By the way, 'I don't care for -' is a phrase that's more appropriate to use in circumstances which prove that you are indifferent to a subject, whereas here very much appears that you're obviously invested in... whatever it is you persistently have "nothing to prove".
Yo are there pictures of everythin she sells? i wanna know what the stuff looks like
You mean item icons or what some of the decorations look like when physically placed in your ship?
Jesus fucking christ, the comments down here are a clown house
Cant yall just agree to, yknow, just use her official pronouns and not get into bullfights about trivial and stupid shit???
Based
Oh, yeah. Pretty damned racist of her to decide that it's healthier for her to reject people WHO WOULD KILL HER for what she is. How dare she, indeed! xD
Abigail, I'm sure Ticker is talking about not caring about how the profit-cult Corpus see her. I don't think anyone in Warframe's universe cares about trans people being trans.
Jesus, why can't people actually FOLLOW what's happening in a thread? 'AbigailWasRight' is obviously responding to the comment just one line above them, and not to Ticker's quoteline. It's really not that difficult to connect the dots.
Im so sad. she never sells the debt bonds that i need lol
Same here lol
At least she supplied me with a great crew though ^^
She gives me sugar momma vibes for some reason, but then at the same time actual momma/Brooklyn aunt vibes like she just seems like she would comfort me if I was having a bad day.
I like her
my favourite npc 10/10
Yeah Ticker is a sassy, cool aunt character for sure imo
Where are the timers? And any Moderator is gonna make a "Timers" Tab?
For Teshin, Ticker, Ergo Glast, Nightwave Offerings, etc etc
Other webpages like "tenno.tools" or "warframe.hub" dont really show ALL timers
And this Wiki has most of them, except they're spread across their respective entries.
Thanks for the bets Wiki in the History of videogames by the way.
If you can provide more details on when each timer resets (some pages do not tell that, but I assume it is 0 UTC) and their durations (I think most pages have that information, but it would be nice to reconfirm) it would help with the addition of such a feature.
Okay, whoever was hiring the voice actor either had a very specific voice in mind or is having a giggle at our expense.
Not everyone that looks like a dude is a dude... ya know??
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ just saying
Im pretty sure it was only mentioned by Reb on twitter, so people didnt know. And people dont seem to like fortuna, which is kinda sad :(
Well they should of tried harder to make the landscape actually fun rather than hills and tiny bumbs everywhere that will throw you off your hoverboard every 5-15 seconds
Making it so you have to use archwings making those pointless not that there faster anyways
Overall just the entire area is garbo compared to plains (they should do an update to fortuna like they did with plains but they refused)
lol
Cringiest character in Warframe
Big cringe quote
And very racist.
I don't think the admonishment of bigotry is what defines racism 103.136.56.165, but nice try, I guess.
Cope tbh, she's inspiring
She is just lovely <3
She's my favorite! And her Star Days lines especially are so lovely
Hes hella annoying
She*
And she isnt annoying. I like that I'm stardust
Anyone else notice Ticker has just stopped carrying the higher-rarity bonds altogether during Star Days? I've only seen Shelter and Training since the event dropped on 11/02/2021
On the Switch, I got like 20 advances debt bonds from Ticker. I don't remember the exact number. I know I only had to farm 2 bonds to get the Ignis Wraith from her, the rest I got from buying debts. I'm currently trying to get the Snipetron the same way and I already have half of the bonds I need. Ticker is the best!
Ticker had one case with 2 familial debt bonds today. They just don't show up often since there's usually only one "rare" case file at any given time which just means it'll have something of a tier higher than training or shelter.
On PC I have checked Ticker every time I've logged on for a year. I've seen Medical a couple of times, but never, not once, not a single time, have I seen Advances.
I seen advances being offered twice, thats it, the rest is training and shelter and its driving me mad because medical just refuses to drop from the bounty, I have done the tier 3 mission way too many times and never once has ticker showed it.
